Long John Silver's - Temp — Restaurant in Lubbock

We ordered the number 12 with all fish and no chicken and some extra crumbles or crispies and 1 medium drink. The girl seemed new so when she was getting the order I reminded her that we ordered all fish. Her boss (who turned out to be her mother) chewed her out and told her she was supposed to charge us for that. Several minutes later they gave us our tray and cup for the drink. I opened up the box and it looked like fish and chicken and not all fish. I inquired and said we ordered all fish. The boss lady said, "You didn't get charged for it, so you didn't get it!" I told her I had said that I wanted all fish to the young lady that took the order and again when they were filling the order. She told me she knew that but she wasn't going to give it to me until I paid. She would have to refund my order and recharge me. That I didn't order it that way to begin with. I said, "You know what? Just give me a full refund as I refuse to be treated like that!" She kept mouthing off that it wasn't her fault. I explained that it was not the young ladies fault, she was new and everyone makes mistakes. But it was handled wrong by her and us embarrassing and humiliating a customer. They should have just given the fish to us without an ordeal. So ridiculously handled.

We went to dinner elsewhere and they lost the money! Dumb! Just dumb! I am not sure what has happened to some people's customer service these days.

The worst staff that I've ever had to come across and I've eaten here most my life it is one of my top picks and is going to be the one I pick every time if it's my choice tonight I was so humiliated embarrassed and treated like I was less than any one of those ugly out of uniform wrinkled Dusty workers there as if they were better than me like for somebody to gang up and treat another human that way is beyond me the type of people those are I've never come across before so I couldn't even label the worst kind of people I've ever come across in my life and all of them looked Dusty like they ain't take a bath in a week all of them out of uniform completely unprofessional looking sloppy can't even pick up their feet when they walk trying to treat somebody else as if they were less than them incredible I'm going to fight my best and I'm not going to stop until all of them are fired and I thought they called the cops on me because I was demanding for them to give me the service that is owed to me when I pull up at that restaurant but it will be given to me and they will lose their jobs I feel sorry for those types of people who think that they're better than somebody else when they're obviously not who calls the cops because they did wrong it's just because they thought that their uniform shirt was going to save them we'll see this is...

hubby and I went to this location today on our way back to Amarillo. All I have to say is if you value your immune system do NOT go inside!!!!! This restaurant was DISGUSTING, the floor was grimy to stand on ,all the employees were sitting at a table when we walked in ,4 to be exact. The girl behind the counter just ignored us when we walked up to the counter. I can't even begin to tell you about how absolutely revolting the restroom was 🤮. The entire building needs to be burned to the ground at how nasty it was . Do NOT eat there !!!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I just received a generic message from the "owner " wanting me to take a survey. We ended up not eating there due to the nastiness and it won't let me proceed with the survey since I don't have my receipt with the store # . This owner doesn't care , because obviously NOTHING has changed since all the previous complaints similar to mine .
