If I could give this place no stars I would just on principle. I ordered 2 pastas with 5 breadsticks per pasta for 15.00 dollars plus tax. We ordered this food for my 4 year olds Birthday party. After getting home we realized they shorted us 1 pasta & 5 breadsticks. I called & was put on hold for 12 minutes while they talked to the manager. I got sick of waiting, so I hung up & called back again. I told them how they messed our order up & then left us on hold for over 12 minutes. The person puts me on hold again to speak with a manager & comes back saying they will only credit us 5.00 dollars. So not only did they mess up my order & leave me on hold forever, but now they wanted to insult me by not even crediting us back half the cost of the pasta. It makes sense to me that if you pay 15.00 dollars plus tax for a pasta family meal you should get a credit back for half that amount because your missing half your meal. Nope not this place, they want to screw you more by giving you even less back after inconveniencing you. After arguing with them & explaining simple math they still would not budge on refunding me my money for the missing food. Instead after all the arguing I was offered a 10 dollar in store credit. After everything, I advise others to be aware of the unapologetic & irresponsible management they have at this place. ย ย ย Read moreToday, June 6th 2025; I brought my wife and kids to eat at the pizza hut at 98th and Slide Rd. I was slightly concerned due to the mixed reviews... But I always give an opportunity and decide for myself. As i entered, I was greeted by a young man named Warren.. He took my order and was very patient with me as we weren't sure what we wanted. He gave great suggestions and was very nice. We ordered, 15 minutes later, our food was brought out by a young lady named Ganilla. She was smiling, greeted us and talked with us a little bit. Very nice young lady! The food was hot, fresh and my experience here was the best I've ever received at any pizza hut.. I didn't get a great picture before we tore into the food but I managed to get some after the damage was done lol. Overall, this was a great experience. Warren and Ganilla are assets to this establishment and I hope management recognizes that they have amazing employees/team members... I will recommend this location without a doubt! I ordered with very specific orders and they did amazing. I can't eat the sauce so they did a great job at making the order as I asked... Thank you Warren and Ganilla for making our Friday...
ย ย ย Read moreI came into this location for the first time this evening with my friend. He was getting reimbursed for a pizza that wasn't made correctly initially, the manager offered to give him store credit.
First the good, this location is very clean, very modern well equipped and staffed. They have a full bar(I don't indulge, but for those who do...) Plenty of TV screens, excellent seating, seems like a first class pizza and spirits location.
The bad, when bringing out the replacement pizza, my friend and I were very polite and said thank you sir and were happy, until said manager, while demonstrating his discontent, along with his body language, didn't say anything after dropping the pizza onto our table and stormed off. Obviously he didn't like having to make up for not getting it right the first time. I'm not pleased even though the replacement pizza was better than the first one they didn't get right.
As you can see in the photo, not cut close to even, not cooked completely, torn out of the pan due to improper prep thrown into the box and handled with bare hands.
Customer service and professionalism go a long way for a business, and the lack thereof, well you know...
