Coworker wanted to try a new burger restaurant. Since Christakis was on the other side of town, she said I drive she buys. Called in the order. Wanted a double bacon burger combo and a gyro plate. Wanted chili cheese fries for the fries. Was told you cant do which is fine. So I explained numerous times over and over cause the lady was confused to the order. She gave up and gave the phone to another lady. Was simple just do the burger with a order of chili fries and the drink. As the phone was hung up heard what I am sure was a cuss word said. No biggie. Anyways when a arrived was told the total was 47 dollars. How I asked? The order was taken wrong. The lady said is because what I ordered. She never told me what they made by the way. She turns away and goes to the back. Where I see the burger being finished. Comes back and she says 37. Which to me is way to much still. All I ordered was a gyro plate 10.70, burger 7.80, chili cheese fries 5.10, drink 2.15. Which totals around 26 dollars before tax. The 37 total seemed off but was like oh well wanted to get back while the food was warm. Get back to share the food and notice there is no burger. The burger was the whole reason for the order! Called in and asked where was the burger? Instead we had a second order of chili fries. She said I didn't want the burger! Explained when I got there exactly what I ordered for the 7x counting the phone order. burger, 1 order of chili cheese fries, drink, and plate. Even if you add the extra fries no way does it come out to 47 dollars like first asked for. For the 37 would have made more sense. So instead of my coworker paying for 37 dollars for chili cheese fries and a drink she really wasnt happy, I paid for it all. What a mess........ Plus the gyro was not...

First impressions are always important! Called in an order, was a large one, to get a lady on the phone, she didn’t give a name. To make it easy I had a list and asked if reading off the order will be smoother for her. She said “just go ahead”. I read it and asked for a few that were different (no cheese) and she said “no you said you wanted all cheese”, with a sigh she changed it. I understand it was a big order, so I gave her time and asked for patience. After the call, about 20 min later went to pickup the order. Was a nice gentleman at the window, however, this older woman came up and said “you only have me 7 drinks, what’s the other one”. I informed my drink order, she went to make it and asked if I can change one to a different drink. The gentleman informed the lady, and you would have thought I asked for something extreme. She came up to the window and said “no you told me a certain drink so I made it” I said “yes, I’m sorry, there was a change in mind from one” and she said “well I already made it so you have to take it”. I thought she was playing. The gentleman told her to calm down, only for her to walk off and mumbling. I apologized again to the gentleman and he said “don’t worry about it”. I also asked for her name, because I use to work in fast food, and do understand the pressure, but talking to a customer that way is NEVER okay. The gentleman even said, she’s like that all the time. I hope management will take into consideration where they place Mary and if they are okay with having her talk this way to customers. Food was good, but customer service is always the first impression and extremely important....

I ASKED FOR TWO GYROS dinner included salad and fries - on a styrofoam plate I asked can I have a extra sauce And if I can get a little extra meat
I handed my card and the receipt said $65!
When I asked wait what in the world I was given my 2 pounds of meat she decided to heat up and charge me for and was told It is what it is.
My husband was laughed at when he said hey no this surely isn’t ok we don’t want that for that price at all. She turned and spoke about him in Spanish and made fun of him thinking we don’t understand.
When we asked for a manager or owner or someone to speak to we were told the lady present was management and she refused to do anything for us. She said she would not offer any assistance and that’s just that. And just stood smiling with sarcasm.
If your charging a price like that Maybe say hey I’m going to charge you $45 for pounds of meat and $8 for an extra ounce of sauce - and when someone expresses frustration and unfair treatment YOUR IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY! Do SOMETHING.
Absolutely disgusting to treat someone that way and laugh and refuse to resolve anything.
I will NEVER RETURN. I should have known when I stepped in and asked about ordering and the lady rushed me and said well what do you want we’re busy. *picture of the $65 meal.
For a business with scripture plastered everywhere they sure did not do well to reflect what is painted on...
