I visited this tea energy spot for the first time today May 7th, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. As I pulled up, I was met with an incredibly rude interaction from a blonde-haired male employee who acted as though my presence was an inconvenience. For a first-time customer, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy or even a simple greeting—but instead, I was made to feel like I was bothering him just by showing up. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and completely off-putting. First impressions matter, and this one left a bad taste. I ordered a Corner Cafe with coconut milk, vanilla sugar flavored TX sweet for myself, a strawberry shortcake with coconut milk and strawberry boba for my daughter and a blue lagoon with blueberry sugar. When I was handed the Corner Cafe there was no milk. I told the girl there was no milk and I requested coconut milk. She said milk doesn't come in that drink. It clearly says in the app it comes with your choice of milk. When I tried the tea it tasted like nasty coffee. Stopped in to get my 5 gallon water bottles sterilized and refilled. I didn't realize the young lady in the store was working alone and that she didn't have a cart. She was slammed and she didn't show frustration, just kept working, filled 4 5 gallon bottles, got drinks for my kids, carried the bottles, one at a time, to my car. I'm almost 70 and have scoliosis and felt so bad because she carried those heavy bottles she needed a cart. She also needed another worker who could help with the customer load.
