I do not know why I continue to frequent this location. Maybe to see if one day, someone will get my order right. Can I really be the only one they continually charge for things they don't give you or give you whatever they want on your food? In the last six visits (yes, I love Sonic, just NOT this location), I have paid for bacon on burgers only to get home and find it was left off, asked for only ketchup on a burger and found it has onions and pickles, etc. It's crazy! How hard is it to get an order right? The girl tonight tried to charge me $5 for an extra meat patty on a double cheeseburger because she couldn't find the button for double cheeseburger! I had to order a combo, because she couldn't find a button that include two meat patties with lettuce and tomatoes on the same sandwich! And guess what? Yep! Order was wrong again. I have finally given up. I will try the location at 19th and Milwaukee. Surely all Sonic locations are not this horrible with customer service and employee...
Read moreThe stall I pulled up into was not working (ofc I did not know this at the time)& I Advised a carhop and she said she was going to go tell someone inside and never came back to tell me that that same stall was having issues. I do finally get to place my order and then I try to pay with my card and that is not working either. Then the same carhop came to bring me my food. Didn't apologize when I asked her why she didn't come back. I called and talked to a manager and all she could say that she was sorry or could she take my order. She did state that that stall was having issues and thought it was fixed. This Sonic isn't even one that I buy fast food from. Read moreI ordered food thru the app, I got a ride to get the food. Two of my burgers were incorrect. When I called the store, to get a refund on my meal, they answered and hung up the phone several times for over 15 minutes. I called the app support, I was told she would help, she sent me to a survey and didn’t tell me. Poor service all ways around. Same issue when I ordered food back in June. I’m allergic to tomatoes but yet it’s still on my burger when I’ve asked twice not to add it. And I got a strawberry slush instead of a cranberry slush. My son is allergic to strawberries.
