The Meltdown — Restaurant in Lubbock

DENNYS THIS IS DENNYS! I want to start off by saying do not order from this place"THE MELTDOWN" or "BURGER DEN" it is Denny's nothing more. NOTHING MORE. very disappointed not only in the food but management as well. Food was trash not only did they put onions when I order specifically with no onions but the food was bland when I got my replacement that I HAD TO PICK UP when I ordered door dash. Manager wanted me to get a replacement the next day and had the shitiest attitude. But he "made it right" with a cheesecake that was all squished. Also did not get any reimbursement from doordash or Dennys. If I would have known this was Dennys I would not have doordashed this to my house. Do not order from these sorry ghost...

Ordered from Uber Eats. Food was very bland & not worth $46. Ordered the Giddy Up Melt combo & the hot mess melt combo with 2 drinks. No BBQ sauce on one sandwich & no caramelized onions on the other. Did not receive drinks. There was literally only 9 fries in each combo. Packaging said Denny’s so not sure if this is a separate sandwich shop or in Denny’s. Missing & incorrect food is not the delivery drivers fault.
