Burger King — Restaurant in Lumberton

I have been to this location numerous times over my lifetime. Every time I am in the area I go to this location. I have had no complaints. I went to this location on January 10th 2019 and I had a very bad experience. I went thru the drive thru bc I am disabled. I was treated fine. I had a coupon and was told to pull forward. There were two cars pulled forward as well. I waited patiently. When my food came out the girl that brought it out, I can only describe her as hickey girl bc I don't know her name. She turned and walked back in b4 I checked it. I immediately noticed that there was a 10 PC chicken tender missing. I had to get out, lock the car, and go in. Once I was in, I was treated like I was invisible. A Male came in after me and everyone acknowledged him. I finally had to interrupt and ask for my food. I heard the woman with the headphones on tell hickey girl to watch it that she had forgotten my chicken tenders. She had been ignoring me as well, but I know she saw me bc she paid attention enough to tell her that. I was given my nuggets. I went back out to my car, got in and drove away, still irritated by being ignored. I was over halfway to my destination when I realized there were no fries. Three orders of fries were missing. I went online when I got to my destination and I put my experience on there and asked someone to make contact with me about my experience. To this day, to my surprise, no one has. I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, I don't think I will visit this location again...maybe the other locations in that area will treat me better. This is the worst burger king I have ever been to.. I live right down the road so this one is easy to get to. However, every time I go in I have to stand there for at least 5 minutes before anyone even says a word to me. Today I went in the manager was right there at the ice cream machine and I was standing there for a while and she didn't even look in my direction. My wife had a mobile order they had the receipt for it but hadn't even started on her order they just pulled the receipt and laid it on the counter... I ordered my food a whopper with cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was burnt.. And tasted like they never change their oil also there was so much mayo on it soaked through the wrapper and also the bag. And the whopper has just as much mayo on it I haven't even eaten it yet because I already feel sick. Also got onion rings they were cold. My wife ordered 2 fish sandwiches they were cold the bread they were on was rancid smelling.. She also got nuggets and they were cold... The employees were rude.. We have brought these issues up to management before but they obviously don't care.. I highly advise anyone that reads this save yourself the trouble and stomach ache go...

Manager Pinky does not deserve that title had an order of over 50: dollars and she took our order and they were wrong and had to be remade and was still messed up also 2 people in our party put in job applications never got called went back today and was told to put in another application no answer as to why they weren't called or why they have to put in another application I know 5 more people who put in applications and never called either one was hired then told she was going to hire just women because she needs cashier's first said she was going to call but didn't and the sign outside still says hiring taking applications everyday but passed over 7 people the owner of burger king needs to be...
