Italy grill pizza and subs — Restaurant in Lumberton

Hi OWNER, As I know it’s you. Public, I’d like to share my experience. My wife called as we loved their ceaser wraps the last time (our first time) ordering, to order a pizza with bacon. We asked for bacon, he called back with a price change from .75 (on the menu they gave us) saying it’s now $3.99 for bacon, my wife said that’s not what’s on your menu, he replied “This is BS but no problem, no problem, 25 minutes.” One, go ahead and speak to a woman like that again. Tough guy. Two, if you knew anything about buisness, the menu you GIVE and the prices on that menu HAS TO BE “RESPECTFULLY” HONORED! Your pizza sucked, it was burnt, and an eye sore, just like yourself. Now go and take classes on how to run a business before you disrespect women again and provide poor service, DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE, and POOR QUALITY FOOD WITH NO EFFORT! The food was what I would call Italy meets Southern Comfort food. I went there because of the 5 star reviews. After the fact, I noticed that all the reviews were in the last 3 months. I believe they are fake reviews. I can't believe they gave this restaurant a 5 star rating (every review). That should have made me skeptical. The restaurant was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and my husband got sick from the steak sandwich. An hour after eating he was very sick. I ordered the baked ziti and it was like a soupy Mac n Cheese with burnt cheese on top. The noodles were few and the cheese was very soupy NOT liked an Italian Baked Ziti. Think more school cafeteria food. The lettuce in the salad was going bad with brown edges. The insult was that they served water in a styrofoam glass then charged us for 2 glasses of water.
