Food is always great! As far as that woman manager and service, absolute trash! When the line gets full in there and people steal your food, she refuses to have it remade! She isn’t even taking the time to make sure other people get their correct orders, everyone just takes whatever off the counter while the “manager” pays ZERO attention!! I wanted to do something with my husband for Valentine’s Day and suggested we come here, it took FOREVER to get our food, I get my sushi, start eating and like thirty minutes goes by… my husband NEVER got his! The manager didn’t even have enough respect to acknowledge the situation nor ever tell us what happened!!!!! ….with her so professional manager skills, she sends a sweet little waitress to our table, who proceeds to have to apologize for her and even mentioned how she hated her job! She was so embarrassed… poor girl, wasn’t ever HER fault nor was it right to have your waitress come be the bigger person for you!!!! The lady manager there is a LOSER and could care LESS about respect for customers or even her workers!!! She just penny pinches and moves on to the next dollar to be made! That lady never even talked to us one time or ever tried to fix the situation or comfort the issue to make it better! My husband never got his food and she even told the waitress to tell us she wasn’t re making it and she took it off ticket!!! That was literally dinner!!! We were dine in at that!!! People could have went anywhere for Valentine’s Day and no telling who else had this experience that day! I’ve always chose to got there bc their food is good! But management is trash! Don’t ever go when it’s somewhat busy bc she will act like you never existed! Not to mention random take out orders sitting around with random people putting their hands on your food or even...

From out of town. Been eating sushi for over 20 years and understand proper sushi etiquette. Their miso soup is NOT miso soup. The young girl was very rude when I asked her why there are onions in the soup. She had a very bad millennial attitude. And the cook was also not correct in how Japanese or sushi should be PROPERLY prepared (shy on veggies with the hibachi...like none). What a shame. When I visit again I will not go here. Friends that live here was also disappointed and will not be back either. As the dinner progressed the worse the server was. Also, the server brought our Hibachi Food placed it on a customer's table while they were eating and served us from a table that was being used by those customers at that moment. Huge Health violation. Health inspector needs to know about this. You don't serve customers from another table of other customers to spit or breathe or cough on your food to serve you. You use an empty table to serve your customers. Then the cook started yelling at the server. I felt bad for her, but then again she was rude to us. The atmosphere was not nice at all. And the staff DID NOT work well...

Wish I could give more 🌟 because the food is very good and usually my experiences here are great. My last visit, not so much. My waiter insisted on arguing with me when my kids asked for miso soup instead of the onion soup that came with their meal. I already knew it was going a cost a little extra to switch it but it's what they like, they will not, ever eat onion soup, they do not like it. The waiter insisted they get the onion soup and then told me on the side that he would just give them the onion soup and not say anything! I told him he would not, he would give them what they ordered. Then when only one of kids finished the entire bowl, one went half eaten and the third barely looked touched, he commented on how I should have gone with the onion soup instead. I didn't need not like his commentary on my kids eating. I was also charged just shy of double what a bowl of miso would cost, for each bowl. Double. It's never been that high. I paid our ticket and we left, haven't...
