Literally don’t waste your time coming here they give you the wrong order and get mad when you bring it back, trashy and unclean when I went in and the manager was just as bad I don’t even want to eat what I paid for after seeing how it was inside.
Wanted to add, she tried to blame it on me saying you can’t pick up your mobile order through the drive through? I was like then why does your speaker literally have a prompt asking if you have a mobile order? Why does it let you choose ‘drive-thru’ on the app? 😂 even so, I understand being busy but there was no line and it could’ve been easily avoided had she not literally SHOVED the wrong order in my hands to begin with and closed the window without a word. The only thing I had said up until that point other than my name for my order was “hi!” I don’t know what is going on at this Taco Bell but it’s not worth the trouble and the nastiness inside. Both figuratively and literally! The only saving grace was corporate pushing through my refund, I just threw the food away after seeing how unkempt everything was I couldn’t bring myself to eat it after seeing how the kitchen was .

I could here her yelling and cursing as soon as I entered the store. All of the workers had a look like their dogs just died. I have to say she is very unpleasant and how anyone could work with her is beyond me. I overheard her name was Jacelyn I believe. Heavy set blonde with the personality of a snapping turtle. She must be a low level manager or something because was yelling and mistreating everyone like she owned the store. I don't appreciate being subjected to her obnoxious behavior.
