Tonight we ordered pizza it was delivered almost an hour after ordering. Ok great no problem it's a Saturday night and we order often. However, we were delivered another person's 3 pizzas and after calling the manager stated my pizza was still there and that their driver would be coming to drop off and not to eat the mistaken pizza because they would be picking up. Never have I heard something like this but we waited for ours to be delivered. After one hour 15 minutes I called the manager again and they stated they were unsure why the driver had not dropped off our pizza and he would check with his driver and he hung up while I was still talking. I called back and asked him once again and he said he was swamped and did not have time to call his driver. Fast forward door dash calls me and tells me that they have received the pizza but it was in a bag on papa johns counter and cold and after they told the manager he said the customer would have to call and complain about being cold. I called the manager back after this and he said he could not refund or void order I would have to call back tomorrow no sympathy anything. My 2 yr old had been waiting to eat for 2 and a half hours. Read moreI have tried to place an order online multiple times (to use my papa dough I have accumulated). Each time i get to the end of placing my order, where an error message appears saying "Review and update my billing address to continue." However, there is no way to review the billing address on the app or online. So I am unable to use my earned rewards, nor am I able to order my food without jumping through a hundred hoops. This company does not care about the customers who experience this issue and have not tried to fix the issue (I have reported the online issue multiple times).
