I visited Sonic today, I took advantage of the buy one entre get one free offer on the app. I ordered about 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time, when I got there I chose my stall number and waited and waited and waited. Overall a very disappointing experience. This seems to be the normal at Sonic these days. Well let me rephrase that the normal in the afternoon here anyway. Ordered two Coney footlongs, they were both lukewarm and tots weren't hot at all. So they had been sitting around for a while, no question about that. I don't understand what the problem is here? Well I think I do. Same thing happened last time I came here on a Saturday afternoon! Once again she apologized for being such a long wait, well this time I asked her why was there such a long wait? She went on to say something about a bunch of kids ordered ice cream this and that, then I asked her what's that got to do with my order? Once again it had been sitting around for a while And if I'm not mistaken it was the same girl that I got last time. I did notice people that got here after me were getting their orders.Such nonsense! After my previous negative experience I contacted customer service who never got back to me. They acknowledge my email but never contacted me after that.
Keep it up Sonic, soon this place will look like an empty parking lot! You better take these review seriously. Just don't put a bunch of copy and paste follow up response. Read moreWe went to 3 Sonics within a 30 to 40 minute period! The Silsbee Sonic has a history of getting things wrong! 1st-Silsbee Sonic where I placed my large order slowly and clearly. The clerk informed me several times that Wacky Pack Meals don't come with CHEESE burgers and she would have to charge me for the cheese...to which EVERYTIME I replied "Ok, that's fine" I finally had to tell her we buy Cheeseburger Wacky Pack Meals on a regular basis and to cancel the whole order, then I left very frustrated and with 2 hungry Grandsons. 2nd Sonic was in Lumberton and were closed...sheesh. 3rd-Sonic on LHS road in Lumberton. I placed the large order again, made corrections that were on the screen. After ordering is complete, I glance at the screen and noticed the incorrections were still on the screen. So I pushed the button and after a long wait I was able to let them know what was wrong, she corrected it. When it ca me out THE ORDER WAS WRONG. Cheeseburgers plain and dry, 1 with pickles 1 without...both had pickles and the 7 year old put on such a production gagging and spitting because he was so hungry he didn't check it first The tater tots were wrong size after we corrected it over andf over AND the 3 year old hates anything but sweet tea and they gave me 2 Blue Ocean Waters. Big mistake. My youngest daughter was throwing up by the next morning. My oldest by the end of the day. My wife and I too them to the clinic Thursday, and we were told that "it could be food poisoning, but there is also a GI bug going around."
By Thursday night the for of us were fighting over bathroom time every 20-45 minutes. It's 7AM Friday morning and we've finally managed to make it an hour or two between restroom visits.
Take the extra 10 minutes to hit the Sonic on Main Street. They are much quicker, and of the dozen or so visits there, the only issue I had was cold fries on one occasion. They promptly and politely fixed the issue upon my return.
