Walking up, I was very confused about why there was no entrance or opening to get to the counter. However there was a boxed window that had a sign to call in to place our order. So that's what we did. We ordered a 3 meats dinner meal with 4 different kind of chicken. It was a lot of food for 1 person. I shared that with my husband but also got a small side of sweet and sour pork. In each piece of fried dough, there wasn't a lot of pork in there. I assumed it was maybe due to making sure pork was cooked properly as I have had bad experiences with that in the past. Whatever the reason may be, I wish it had more meat in it. The sweet and sour Chicken had more meat in the batter.
Waited in the parking lot for about 15 min.
Fried rice was absolutely delicious. My Sweet and sour sauce tasted better with My leftovers the next day.
Overall... I'd go again and try different dishes. Miss eating Chinese food and totally...

But, I ordered a backup meal thinking fried dishes weren't their thing. I ordered the Triple Delight. First bite was shrimp, which was 100% mush. I spit it out because in my mind that = spoiled. Didn't chance eating anything else in that dish. And the rice in both dishes was so wet and soggy that it didn't even look like rice. Never trying again. I guess Lumberton doesn't know what good chinese is.
First time going here and it was AWFUL!!! I got sweet and sour shrimp, which is usually safe because how can you mess that up?! It had the SMALLEST. Some pieces were very over cooked and other pieces had raw dough in the middle. All of them were beyond edible because of the grease literally...
Read moreFood was good not great but, not horrible either. Good enough I will revisit but will avoid the fried rice and the other menu items we ordered this visit. The fried rice was not terrible to taste but, it falls very short of what I would call good fried rice. The steamed dumplings were on the other hand pretty good also. The egg drop soup was also average but, it pretty hard to mess that up. But the inside of the establishment could get a little more up keep and attention. When you walk in and immediately decide going to do takeout, I'd say that's not good for business. In my opinion most others and I would think if the part the customers are in looks like this, how bad is the kitchen area. Just saying a little bit of tidying up and maintenance can add to your customer base...
