Very disappointing. Poorly managed. Product is okay. But don't be surprised if service is extremely subpar. Restaurant does not feel clean.
X1 - online order made. After arriving, told to park and they would bring it out. They never brought it out. Went in and was asked what the order was. Had to wait another 10 minutes. X2 - ordered burger with ketchup. Mustard only. Came with lettuce, tomato mayonnaise. When asked to replace it, felt the great deal of frustration from behind the counter X3 - dine in, stood at counter waiting for someone to take order. I was second in line. 8 minutes went by. Person in front of me called to the back to see if someone could come help us. No one responded. Loud conversations in back but no one near front counter or drive-thru window. Customer in front of me left. When a man walked from the dining room to behind the counter to grab some napkins. He worked there. Walk back to the dining room to his meal. I told him to please let the manager know that they lost two customers because they wouldn't help us. He said he didn't care.

Read more2 extremely poor experiences the last 2 visits. I have monthly meetings in which I purchase biscuits for my team. Last month I called 30 minutes in advance to place an order for 14 biscuits. Upon arrival I was told it would be a few minutes. During that time the workers were yelling back and forth to each other. They seemed to be way understaffed. Drive-thru customers were having to wait 5-10 minutes for their orders, customers ordering at the counter were told they were going to have to wait 10 minutes or longer for their orders. Multiple customers drove off from drive-thru, and left from their counter orders due to poor customer service. I eventually received my biscuits 20 minutes after my arrival with no apology and continued yelling amongst the workers there. Hopeful to receive a better experience, I again called 30 minutes prior to arrival to place an order for biscuits for our mtg. When I arrived, I was told their system was down and they couldn't complete any orders. Needless to say I left and plan on never returning to...
Read moreThe new honey chicken sandwich was good, but not great. Here's why. The sandwich comes with cheese and bacon which in my opinion, didn't need to be on there. I love cheese and bacon but I couldn't tell neither was on there. The bacon was so thin, you could see right thru it and I couldn't tell you what kind of cheese they used. In my opinion this is what needs to happen if I'm running this promo. Either A, double up the bacon and add shredded lettuce and tomato, or B, just leave both the cheese and bacon off altogether. The bun selection was a nice touch. If you choose option B, then lower the price point of the sandwich to 3.99 or somewhere in that range to be competitive. If you go with option A, then it's easily a 5 dollar plus sandwich because of the cheese bacon ect. Trust me, the honey is the selling point, and the chicken alone is great.
