I went to this location for breakfast, very bad experience, very rude, very bad customer service skills!!! Very disappointing visit when being 7 months pregnant and having the appetite to enjoy cooked to order food as requested and get what I paid and requested to go along with my food. Asking for napkins was the equivalent of asking for my food cooked to order for the dinner hours we went through the drive thru for around 7:07pm Saturday 07/31/2021. My order being taken by someone sitting down was very unprofessional, somehow that was a sign to me that my food was going to have issues. I requested cooked to order food and the only thing fresh was my daughters 2 McChicken sandwiches. My 2 big mac meals both had cold sandwiches and cold French fries, I asked for both drinks no ice 1 got ice after I specified it multiple times. My big macs both were cold to the touch. So I called right back right away and spoke to a manager named Shakeita and she said she could do a remake after I let her know I needed to get gas after the very long wait time. She said to come back in or drive thru as before. So I came inside asked for a manager and encountered a young lady that let the manager know a remake was there, and she came after a few moments, but while I waited I did ask the young lady could I get another sprite because I am definitely 7 months pregnant, hungry, thirsty and tired after being in the pool for 4 hour with my 3 children and then she said she would have to ask her manager if she could give me another sprite because the remake did not include a full meal or another sprite so, she came back and said she couldn't do a sprite I told her fine, another young lady walked up and begin to ask me questions at this point I feel interrogated for paying my money for fresh food I did not get and for wasting gas having to go back. So the manager came out and said you wouldn't happen to have the food would you because our policy is to only give you a remake on what you have so... I told her yes went and got the bag my children ate 1 big mac, 1 mcchicken, and 1 cheeseburger because they were very hungry after swimming for hours. And of course at this point I wanted a refund because this is very unprofessional very bad customer service and she said she was giving me a refund for each item in the bag a chicken, cheeseburger and big mac and fries. I went and grabbed the sprites and she said since my thirsty children whom had been waiting with me in the heat drank most of the sprites no refund could be given I told her fine and she gave me 10.00 and change back off of almost 22.00 worth of food so it was very bad today at this location not my first day of bad experiences with this location so...good luck but we certainly have had enough bad experiences with 1 location and had a very uncomfortable feeling twice in 1 day. This location definitely needs to be evaluated and customer service training is a must!!!! The customer service skills here are very poor. Good luck! Read moreWent there with three kids to get breakfast. Used the kiosk to order got a number and sat down I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee and the kids wanted 3 lg sodas. The floors were so slippery like greasy everywhere. I ordered and paid and sat down with my #. Then a minute later I hear my receipt # being called really loud several times so I go up to the register and tell the lady that I have that receipt number. She points to the tray and says is that what you got? I said I think that's part of my order but I also ordered coffee and 3 drinks. I said I thought you guys brought the food out because I had to take a number at the kiosk and she said 'sometimes we do that but not always' OK well I'll just read your mind from now on. Then she tells me that I can't get soda after I already ordered and paid for it and she said the machines are down there's no soft drinks available. So then I have to wait in line to get a refund, ask the girl again for my coffee she doesn't ask me if I want cream so I have to tell her that I want cream and sugar. There was a wet floor sign on the floor As you walked in, but the entire floor was like slippery greasy. An elderly customer could have fallen very easily. Read moreThe McFlurry…….. I never complain about food joints because I know how hard they work (most employees) and have been a manager for everything from fast food to fine dining. Quite frankly I’m sick of this McDonald’s. The number of times I’ve had food missing, incorrect items, sloppy food, and rude staff. Tonight was no exception. I pull up to the window and was immediately told it was cash only. So I run to an ATM and come back. As I’m sitting in line I thought I overheard the lady tell the car in front of me that she just cleaned the machine and it was down for the night. I thought to myself, “I have to be hearing things.” So it’s my turn to order and sure enough, she tells me the exact same thing. It’s 9:45pm……and you’re denying customers a service because you thought you would clean the machine early and just tell people it was “down”? I’m not here to put anyone in particular in blast nor call anyone out by name.
