Ordered online for pickup with the BOGO sale. We have 4 sandwiches total. 2 of them were the sweet onion chicken and the chicken wasn’t warmed at all, it’s supposed to be for this sandwich. The cheese was in a triangle stack, like 7 slices in a stack in the middle of the sandwich instead of being spread out. The bread was not cut in half and the ends weren’t cut so it was more of a bowl than a sub. The other two sandwiches were supposed to be toasted but they were not. Ice cold meatballs with cold hard cheese and the chicken bacon ranch was cold and not toasted. I know with the BOGO sale you are probably getting a lot of orders but my family just spent $45 on subs that were disgusting and ended up being thrown out. The churro was so hard we couldn’t even chew it. It was clear that your staff did not care at all about quality. We will not be eating at your location again. The sandwiches were picked up on time and we live less than a mile from this location so there is zero excuse for everything being ice cold when it should...
Read morePossibly the worse customer service I've encountered. One of the gals there is nice sometimes but the other one clearly hates her job. The most recent occurrence of this terrible service was when my a wife went in to order two six inch subs for $3 each and when it was time to pay she charged her for a full price footlong. My wife was to shy to say anything so she came back and I had to go in and tell them that they made a mistake. They didn't seem to care at all and said they could get fired for doing a price adjustment. I could care less about the $1.69 difference but it's the principle and attitude of them that matters. Don't waist your money here and take your business to the other subway. Subway doesn’t own this building. It’s a Shell Station & Food Mart, they operate a small section. If you are high risk. Maybe that’s a personal problem? Maybe you shouldn’t be dining in during a pandemic. Delete your nasty reviews, and have something at home if you are so afraid of it. You can’t force someone else to enforce a mask policy.
