Update 2: the owner is now HARRASING me over text about my review. The order was not viva Margherita because that's what I ordered after here and same as the previous time when I attempted to order and they were closed again early. So unprofessional, maybe focus on your business and not fighting with customers online.

Update review: as you can see below the owner is clearly lying now as well!! Way to dig your own hole buddy.Never once got a call from them or grub hub i even have the eta text at 9:05 for ready for pick up. Also, if they close at 9:30 why does their door clearly state different hours then as well as online?? It's one thing to be wrong, but to not accept fault and then blatantly lie and blame the customer is crazy! Nobody should support a business whose owner is a liar and a cheat.

I normally don't write reviews, but had to after multiple failed attempts of trying to get food frome here.

Multiple occasions I placed orders for pickup here for myself and with friends, the restaurant consistently closes early and not even like a little early but hours earlier! Tried ordering a meal at 7, pick up was 15 min on a Friday said they were open till 930 and they were closed!! It's annoying to have to drive out of my way to find parking in the cold and the restaurant is closed. They even have their hours listed in the building and online, but they don't adhere to them, false advertising!

After reading the reviews, I get why there are so many comments saying that it's mostly family friends reviewing this place because it seems like it. The food is okay, not the greatest. The owner seems like a decent guy and gave me a refund, but you'd think after multiple failed orders they would stop closing early. Google, other delivery apps, and the business might as well update their hours or take them off the platform if they keep doing this. What a waste of...

Today was my second time visiting this restaurant. The 1st time the food was just okay. I decided to give it another shot with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, excited for a good meal, but was served burnt food instead. The owner tried to give me the order as a to-go, most likely knowing that he burnt my food and just wanted my money. When I opened the container and saw the burnt food, I politely brought it to his attention. Instead of addressing the issue, he ignored me and walked outside, saying he would be back. When I told him that I couldn't eat the quesadilla because it was burnt, he finally offered to remake it. While I appreciated the offer, the food shouldn't have been served in that condition to begin with. It felt like he was trying to pass off subpar food, hoping I wouldn't notice. My daughter ordered some boneless wings that was also subpar, the chicken was tough and slightly burnt. i truly did not enjoy this meal, spent $75 and ordered an assortment of items from the menu since it was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last. The nachos, quesadillas, burritos and tacos all lacked cheese and sauces that were supposed to be included. My order was wrong but mistakes happen like me deciding to order from this restaurant. Burritos filled to the brim with dry rice and nachos that just missed the objective. The entire order just had something missing and did not satisfy in the slightest. I also purchased a slice of the tres leches sold by the counter, i could bet my salary this was purchased and repacked from right down the street at the local shoprite. The saving grace and the only reason this wasn’t a 2 star review was the seasoning of the proteins which were “good”.

That being said the purpose of this review was not to bash or hurt this business but I truly hope someone sees this and does something to improve the quality of the food… long story short not deserving in any way of the 4.4 rating they currently...
