Came here a few times many years ago and it was phenomenal. Tonight my son took me here for Mother’s Day dinner and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had… if not the worst. My son made reservations for 5pm in advance and they acted like they didn’t have a clue. They seemed frantic as to where they were going to seat us, but We finally picked a table. Waitress brought out water and bread. The water had a funny taste and the bread was not warm and was actually a bit hard. Got salad with dinner and asked for NO onions, and when it came out….guess what was on the salad - yep, onions!! In my opinion this was Strike #3 already and I didn’t even get to an appetizer yet! My son and I decided to just get entrees to maybe save some room for dessert later, so we ordered our main courses. He ordered Chicken Francaise over linguine. He said it was alright but really didn’t have any lemony flavor whatsoever. I ordered the MARISCADA RED, seafood combo in marinara sauce. It was definitely not how I remembered it being! It was on the stinky side which made me question the freshness of the seafood and the sauce was so watered down you couldn’t even get a good taste for the mariscada sauce. This was so disappointing!!!! I was really looking forward to this dinner but I left there extremely upset. The food and service has by far gone way down hill in recent years. If you’re looking for authentic Portuguese cuisine, go elsewhere! I recommend ANY other place than Teros! Don’t waste your time or money here as you’ll be very disappointed with the...

I really wanted to give a better rating after speaking with the owner and learning she couldn't get any help, but it is what it is, so here's my candid review. We went on a weekday and sat and waited for someone to come over. It lacked some music as it was much too quiet for restaurant ambiance and it was uncomfortably warm. It was quite some time (much too long) but we were brought over warm Portuguese rolls and butter. There was a tuxedoed gentleman behind the bar and one woman (who turned out to be the owner) serving both the bar and restaurant area, all while tending to takeout pickup orders as well. I ordered grilled scallops, pictured, which was aesthetically pleasing but it grinds to a halt there. The scallops were undercooked and had an unusual taste. There was a cloudy-milky thick sauce of some kind which was quite bland. The rice was cold; not even slightly warm with a few peas tossed atop. The spinach had a delicious buttery flavor. I reluctantly ate two scallops and didn't complain as it took forever to get our order and I didn't want to wait any longer. The potato chip sides were crunchy and I was grateful they were there as I feel it satisfied my hunger. Bottom line is they were definitely short-staffed and while I can empathize, it's no excuse for running a business that way because it can obviously hurt the bottom line. I was hoping for better but was left 100% underwhelmed and won't...

Well there’s actually no hostess as you walk in, gave them my name and said right around the bar you will see the table and we sat ourselves down. To start we had appetizers which were good that’s the 1 star. Second star is for the server being that he was the only server there he was attentive as he can be. We ordered our entrees and my meal was stuffed shrimp which was salty, my mom had the house seafood which consisted of clams, shrimp, lobster in a whit sauce with pasta...pasta was wayyy overcooked that if you threw it against the wall it would have definitely stuck to the wall. My nephew ordered filet mignon with no mushroom gravy and medium rare. Steak came out with the mushroom gravy which they took back and came back with no sauce, filet mignon was medium and cold. The manager/owner came by and asked how everything was and we told her and she had no comment and continued to take the plates. Needless to say won’t...

Visited this place the other day. Thought I would share my experience. Parking was easy especially on a Thursday night. Street parking by the way. The shrimp and garlic sauce was pretty good. Then our entrees came and let me tell you they give you alot of food. Alittle pricey but you definitely get food to bring home for another day. It was a quiet atmosphere. The issue i had was the food wasn't all that good. You could tell it wasn't really authentic portuguese food. Sure the ingredients were there but everything seemed to taste alittle bland. Rice was super dry and the steak was hard. Will I return to this location. Probably not
