Wow...what service EVERY SINGLE TIME! I love coming here with my preschooler ! The ambience is always on point, along with their coffee that is never short of the perfect taste and the icing on the cake ....Marcos one of the owners is simply a remarkable person! One day I was rushing to get there before they closed . I arrive shortly after closing ,pull up to the front and was trouble because my daughter had just fallen asleep after a long day at the museum. Well this guy went above and beyond for this tired homeschool mama and totally made my day!!!! As I’m parked directly in front with a sleeping kid, I stand outside my car and see Marcos. I try opening to see if it’s locked. He had already shut everything down BUT...the hospitable person in him really accommodated me. I told him how I had my daughter that just fell asleep in the car which is why I had my car door steps away from me open and the store door half open . He must of read my distraught mama face that just wanted a coffee and didn’t wanna get her out the car. He made me a coffee and even came around the counter to the door so I can stay with my daughter. I was so thankful! I went to pay him and he just let me enjoy my coffee on him. Now that’s service! It wasn’t even about he profit he could of made , he cared more about just servicing a customer all the way to the point of bringing the coffee out the door to me ! I’ve visited the coffee shop on more occasions as we will soon be living in the neighborhood and each time I walk in ,it’s always such a pleasant experience whether it’s Marcos or the rest of the staff . They have smooth well balanced coffee and my preschooler even loves coming with me too. They are mindful of kids and even have a few kids books on their shelves if you decide to come in with your child. We make a morning of it at times. I get my coffee, my pretzel (they have an ahhhhhhhmazing spicy cheesy pretzel) pick a book, or bring some of our own homeschool lesson of the day and enjoy ourselves . Continuing to get my weekend coffee from here .

12th April We got two express balanced and an apple turnover and was charged $24. My friend gave tip of $4 totaling to 29 point something . When we got back to the car he told me this place is very expensive and not affordable and then he told me the amount he paid. I was shocked and I asked him to wait and went back to the shop and asked the lady for the Apple turnover price and it was $4.50 . So I asked why did they charge us so much . Then she checked and realized the previous guy who took our ordered charged us for 4 express instead of two. I can understand sometimes mistake happens but how can you just not able to calculate the amount for two coffee. She returned the amount. I think I should have got the tip amount back too. I am a little disappointed here. I am a regular here , I may come but my friend may not visit this shop again because he is kind of person who is very polite and never ask a waiter of a barista why he is over charged. I am taking a star back because of this incident

Note to owner- please provide itemized bill instead of showing just the total amount so that it is transparent to the customer. In this way a person like my friend can have say something by checking the bill if something is wrong.

29th March 2025 After first time here which was almost 6 months back I am so addicted to the coffee here. This place is 10 minutes drive from my place and it closes by 4 pm almost everyday except for weekends . Hence I make it a point to get coffee on Friday Saturday and on also Sunday sometimes :). I like his place that much . till today since my first time I love the coffee here but I will keep posted if that changes
