I recently visited your Lynn Haven location and was impressed by the warm, homestyle atmosphere and the friendly service that embodies the spirit of Southern hospitality. Your commitment to hearty, homestyle cooking has clearly resonated with many, as evidenced by numerous positive reviews highlighting both the quality of food and the attentiveness of your staff.

However, I encountered a challenge during my visit that I believe presents an opportunity for improvement. In today’s digital age, many patrons, including myself, often rely on modern payment methods such as tap-to-pay or mobile wallets. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my purchase as these options were not available, and there seemed to be hesitation in manually entering my card details, even with valid identification.

I understand the importance of security and protocol in payment processing. Nonetheless, considering the potential frequency of such situations, I suggest exploring the integration of more versatile payment solutions. Implementing systems that accommodate various payment methods can enhance customer satisfaction and prevent potential revenue loss.

It pains me to write this. As a kid and young adult I LOVED this place. We would go every Thursday. Now, we went after church (a busy time I am WELL aware) and were prepared to wait the 30 mins we were told for a table. We had a large group of 12. Well, after 45 mins of waiting and watching a total of 30 ppl get seated I ask for the manager. She comes out, tells us they are cleaning off the table for our party and asks if we'd like drinks. My 90 year old grandmother and her 92 year old church friend ask for water. The manager goes back inside. Another 15 mins goes by. I go in and ask for the manager. She comes out and when asked about the water laughs and says sorry. I ask about our table that was being cleaned 15 mins ago and now it's "The party is getting up now." I went outside to ask if the group wanted to leave and my grandma said no. Finally after an hour and a half wait, and lies, we are seated and notice that there are NUMEROUS tables open they could've put together but wanted to keep us in the small party room next to the kitchen with a swinging door that kept bumping my teenager. Half the food order was wrong. I just decided to go hungry and to McDonalds with the little kids. No help, no remorse, LIES, no care, NO WAY!! NEVER again. Sorry PoFolks. You...

I ordered for pick up as it was late and they were closing soon. Manager had my food ready and waiting. He had an excellent personality, very friendly and inviting. He was quick to get needed condiments. Had a little trouble finding a Carry out menu but he didn't stop until I had one!! Prices are very reasonable!! Portions are a LITTLE on the small side. I asked for both "biskit and kornbread" but received biskit and dinner roll. Roll was warm and soft and very good so I didn't have an issue. Little disappointed that the Green beans had no flavor. No seasoning, salt, just very bland. Not quite the taste I'd expected. The Kuntry fried steak was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! so tender and the BEST flavor I wished I'd gotten 2pc instead of one. I'll definitely be back, I'll just know not to order the Green beans. I would like to see them post a FULL menu on their website to make ordering easier. Lynn Haven is tourist area and not many outta towners are familiar with their food so it'd definitely be in their best interest to include that.
