Highly upset with the service on 707 Western Ave Lynn Massachusetts I placed an order at 10:30pm and the women I spoke to named elene was extremely rude because she had no idea what I was talking about so she put the phone down so I can speak to someone else then I could hear her talking bad about me to whoever it was who also gave me an attitude then I called around 11pm and Elena told me my food was on the way which obviously she lied about then when I realized the time it was 1:30am and I had yet to receive my food when I call Elena picked up which by this point I am highly upset and she's acting like I called the wrong store after she realizes that I know what I'm talking about she places the phone down with no warning and has Raphael "manager" take care of me he seemed to be a little bit more helpful for a minute considering I was upset but then went right down hill with Elena when he said I shouldn't have said something on the phone that I said while I was on hold he also wanted to make it clear to me that I was being recorded I made it clear to him that my conversation with rude Elena at 10:30 was also recorded also when I called around 11pm something to confirm my order that Elena said my food was on the way is also recorded how rude non informed and unprofessional your staff is also recorded honestly I could have put a bunch of bad reviews up and never did about how you guys charge for sauce and always forget it and pizzas come with lil bits of sprinkled ingredients and dry (pan pizza) and when I mean lil as in one here one there xcetera but today was very frustrating my daughter and I did not receive our food until 1:59am the manager Rafael sent the food for free after I told him that I wanted his information and hers so I can contact Domino's about this I think he thought it would stop me from writing this review or contacting you guys anyways this will be the last time I order from this location and I will be informing others smh absolutely...

I came in last night with my mom , BUT at first we were on the phone with them to make a order for 3 pizzas under the $5.99 coupon for about 20 mins by the time we finished talking about what I wanted we have already arrived at the establishment. Came in you can tell it was pretty busy we told them the order , one girl in the front ran over the order and told us it wasn’t ready yet. Which was fine because we had been on the phone so long I know the pizzas wasn’t ready. We waited and sat for about 30 mins then trying to see what’s happening after some time went by , One of the pizzas were NOT right , It had a lot of things we didn’t ask for , so we told them to remake it , it was already 11 something at night which was New Year’s Eve , then noticing a couple seconds after the other two pizzas were cold as if they were sitting there for awhile as no one was paying attention, then first we were told it would take 1 hour and a half then another girl came and said 6-7 minutes for the wrong pizza to get made , so definitely mixed communication. So we waited for the remake and it took about 15 mins for it to be made and it looked dry just like the other first two. We basically waited a hour and some change for three pizzas which were cold and hard as if there was no care about what people are eating. Also messed up two other peoples order that came in that night, one group of guys very upset. Management needs to get more organized with everything , even the pizza makers (one) went to the bathroom with a apron on which she cooked with very unsanitary we didn’t even really eat the pizzas maybe a slice and that’s it , No bueno ! Read moreI had pulled up a coupon on my phone for a large pizza with two toppings for 5.99, which is a good price. Domino's has quality ingredients and their pizzas are tasty. This particular location also seems pretty clean. However, their customer service is deplorable. I had ordered two pizzas for that price. The cashier didn't think the coupon was for large pizzas and so placed an order for mediums, even though I had shown her the coupon. I heard her say "two mediums" while punching in the order and then swiped my card. I called her attention again to the coupon, which specifically said "large". She pleaded ignorance. Her manager then came over and I asked if I could get the order changed to reflect my order. He informed me that they were unwilling to do that because they were already making the pizzas and that they would honor the coupon the next time I came in later that week. The coupon was good for the entire week, so that wasn't cutting me a special deal. The manager's demeanor was totally dismissive and not even close to apologetic for not making the food that I had ordered. He was so rude that a totally uninvolved cashier volunteered an apology and then handed me the medium pizzas. I was stunned. With so many pizza joints on the north shore, you would think they would have tried to at least get my order right to keep me as a customer, instead I got the wrong order with a "tough luck kid" attitude.
