Honestly love the food here..but I'm pretty astounded by the response I got when calling to place a take out order at 245 in the afternoon on a Saturday. After what seemed like two dozen rings someone finally answered and said "we are not taking take out orders right now the kitchen is backed up. " He continued on to say call back in about a half hour. Now let me mention, I've worked in many restaurants at all different positions, NEVER have I been able to nor would I want to turn down business. I was pretty shocked initially but thought hey I'll give em the benefit of the doubt and so I gave it an HOUR, and the same response .... Soooo if I were to walk in and order would they tell me I couldn't be served at? I've NEVER heard of such a thing. If the kitchen is backed up let the customer know, " hey I can take the order but it's going to take longer than normal etc etc" As good as the food.is this is a HUGE turn off. And I've been coming in there like once a week since k discovered it a couple months ago but this really rubbed me the wrong way and I think I'll look for something else just as good and who WILL wait on me or take my order. Smh......
