Great place. Local institution. I am a strong personal supporter of their 3-taco combination plate. The chicken is typically delicious, though occasionally dry. The steak is typically well marinated - occasionally overly fatty or tough. I'm a fan of the sausage/chorizo. Once or twice I've gotten a chip of bone/plastic in the sausage, which is disconcerting, but it's so tasty that I was never deterred (and given the number of tacos I've eaten, it's still a rare occurrence). Read moreTacos Lupita was a great restaurant back then, these past years I’ve had the worst experiences, the service it’s terrible, the hygiene it’s even worse an example of it it’s that as soon as you get in the restaurant it smells disgusting to the point where you don’t really enjoy your food, So if you like Tacos Lupitas the best for you it’s just order for take out, another bad thing it’s the tables are always dirty, the costumers have to clean them because they’re too busy, at least they should have someone to clean the tables, Hopefully one day they will actually be a little nicer,...

I ordered 3 tacos, chorizo, Carne asada, and lengua and 1 mulita al pastor. All were absolutely on point with the al pastor and especially the lengua being the highlight! On top of that, the free homemade salsa verde and Roja were phenomenal. I would recommend this spot based on food alone, but the friendly service sealed the deal. The only issues I see would be parking and a small dining area. I'll be...
