Family Dollar — Local services in Lynn

The cashier's are extremely rude!! They are constantly talking to one another at their registers. Mean while, there's a line of customers waiting to check out. When it was my turn at the register, she turned her radio WAY up, music blaring just as I started to ask her for something behind the counter. I was PISSED!!! Absolutely uncalled for, the store is extremely cluttered. But the cashiers there should NOT be working with the public. They are there to do their job. It's NOT party time. I am beyond disgusted with their behavior, especially my cashier. I wish I could rate this store a negative number...

Unfortunately I would never shop in that store again store number 10253 Lynn Massachusetts receipt and product I was asked to throw and dispose of product I will be contacting manufacturers as well it stained my teeth the counter the sink and the store manager told me the item when I returned for $1.40 refund that the item was not expired and there was nothing he could do to help me he said all of those products stain which is false. Contrary to their Return Policy and having the ORIGINAL STORE RECEIPT. Store manager is not aware of the return policy and is clueless as far as operations...

This by far is the cleanest and well organized family dollar i have ever been too and ive been to ones in NYC, NOLA and Virginia . Since this store was established they slowly improved everyday finding better and better employee's that remember you and treat you like family. This store is in excellent hands under the guidence of Zubier. With him the employees actually look happy...
