Annie's — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Wanted to give this place good reviews as I think the food is good, but the take out service is not nor are they fixing past issues. I've ordered twice now on 2 different services they advertise and had issues both times. The first they never even received my order directly of their site even though I paid for it and when I went to pick up was told sorry and they needed to call the owner before they could proceed making me the food I already paid for. I ended up having to wait over 30min after placing a pick up order 20min prior to that. 2nd time using doordash ordered 10 items and came home to find only 7/10 items. Missing 3 whole meals. When calling I was told the manager would give me a call. After 20min I called again and was told they were waiting for the owner to get back to them.
