Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lyons Township

They just moved, sign on door says they fully support the juggilo community which is just odd. When they were at the last site they said they were off line every day so instead of being able to use the Dunkin app I had to search for cash. I was promised that I would be able to use the app at the new location and still every day I can't use it. I have a ton of money on my app and can't even use it. Plus I can't use any of the coupons on the app or anything else since they are still offline.

Also I waited 4 months for them to fix the machine that makes the vanilla chai. My husband only drinks that so we go to Dunkin Donuts every morning and I get horrible coffee since they pour from the pot before it's done brewing and my husband can't get anything. We have to find cash and can't use our coupon. And to top it all off, the employees are so inappropriate. Talking about drugs or sex. They often talk badly about customers once they have left the store. The only reason I go to this one is because it's the only Dunkin on my way to work.

Whenever I complain I get horrible attitude, i said I wanted to use a coupon and they told me "to bad that sucks" I have basically been cheated out of over $20 worth of coupons on the app for the past year or so. When I complained about the coffee being weak since they pour before it's done brewing the manager said so you don't want regular you should get the dark roast, I said no it's fine sometimes and others it's weak and told her why. She said, "man your crazy I think you just can't taste right some times cuz your the only one complaining" and she wouldn't refund my drink since I took a sip out of it. This happens about once every other week.

This is not acceptable! I have asked for the owners contact info and they will not give me anything.

I've been a customer at this location for over 20 years. I must like to be punished. I go to Dunkin because I like the taste of the coffee and I convinced my self because it's close to home. I'm sitting here thinking I drop a lot of money at the Dunkin Donuts and continue to get service like in the morning trying to get a fast cup of coffee and have long lines. And the topper was i went for Ice cream the other day double scoops at Cost $3.45 the double scoops were not. I was so mad I jumped back in the car doors locked to go inside it says 24 hours. Went to the drive thru no response pulled up beeped the horn I saw the girl I'm looking at her no response beeped again no response I layed on the horn with my hands waving finely a response. I said with these prices there is nothing in the cups believe me I took pictures. All this girl did was take the ice cream put it into a smaller one scoop cup. I tried calling owner no response. It's a new location same promblems. I know its hard to get good employyee that don't care. They need more training. .And top it off I hate waiting for service because employee have to finish a text on thier phone before they wait on...

I dont know what happened to this place. 1st trying to order dunkin midnight ground blend for home use, and the are out. This has happened on a number of occasions. I even asked when shipments arrive so this should not be a problem, but that hasnt seemed to work. Shippments arrive on Tues. and Fri., ordered midnight blend last Tues., via app, and guess what?? We are out!!! Now I am having a problem getting the cup of coffee I order via the mobile app. I order the same thing everytime. 1 xl midnight with sugar and 2 shots of espresso. Sat. I received a regular roast with sugar (no espresso even though I am charged $1.67 per shot).. Yesterday I received a cup with no sugar. Today I received a cup with no espresso. The coffee is so hot when receiving it, that you cant taste until you drive away. Now onto the donut issue. It appears that long johns are temp. unavaileable. What is temporary, its been like that for 4 weeks. I am a regular at this spot, so much so that when I get to the drive thru they greet me by name, and tell me to pull around. I like this place and would like to continue purchasing here, but if they screw up one more time,...
