Please save yourself and your kids from this place. They don’t care about your kids learning. All they did was scream and yell at my child for an hour and put him in time out for half the class. My son just turned three. They mishandled my son by grabbing his arm and forcefully put him in line when he didn’t do exactly as they say. This is unprofessional. I complained to the head of the programs and all she told me was they were gonna “talk to them” and then went an offered me a paper to ask for a refund. A bunch of no good teenagers pushing around kids. Then there’s times were they just ignore them. If they don’t like your kid they will treat him unfairly. Don’t go here. Spend the extra money and go in a different district. Update The director of BPD was apparently willing to work with us. We didn't ask for a refund but they threw it back at us anyway. We asked for an apology from the irresponsible workers that mishandled my son and he said no problem. Nice guy offered us to come to Christmas dinner event. We didn't want anything but an apology. It's now March we emailed him twice and called. We haven't received an answer. We will continue to...
Read moreI wanted to bring my 3 daughters to swim for my birthday.7/19/22. Got their the manager said 2 lifeguards called off, one being in accident. He wasn’t allowing anyone in. And was closing pool. Ok I was leaving a lady w 4 kids comes and she says my friend paid for me already. They let her in. Then a man w 3/4 kids coming in we waited to see if they would let him in. I told him what he told us. They let him in too. I think it’s very rude and inconsiderate. His reasoning was the man and kids had been their previously. Ok if people are leaving why can’t we pay and come in? Wouldn’t it even out? I’m not the person to throw race in. But he also told a woman (Hispanic) w a son that was autistic they couldn’t come in. You can’t come in we’re over capacity . The older gentleman was very rude and didn’t care. Bridgeview Park District will never get another dollar from me. If your not allowing anyone in because a lifeguard shortage...
Read moreMy daughter's first class for gymnastics and I see there are 4 coaches. It starts at 5, had the girls run around and warm up...for 30 minutes. 30 minutes to warm up! I look through the glass window and the coaches are all sitting down giggling and laughing and having these 7 year olds pose for so long on one stretch. Me and other moms went to complain at the desk and the old gymnastics coach went down there to tell them that it was unacceptable for them to be just talking and giggling amongst themselves. So finally at 5:30 they decided to break them up and work one on one with them. There are only 4 students and 4 coaches...alot can be accomplished in that time. I paid $80 so hopefully the other classes will be better. I will still be talking to director of...
