I've been ordering here since I moved here in 2018 August and have been a loyal customer, ordering for our birthday parties and regular family meals. I at one point left a great review but as of today it was removed, and this is my final opinion of this place. Today I placed an order for a stuffed pizza and cheese fries under my name Tina, and due to the fact the pizza was stuffed it's a normal time frame for the wait to be 50 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes, my fiance went over to pick up our pizza,and he was told by the older Caucasian woman ( who normally works there) they didn't have my order,and it would be another 50 minute wait. He overheard that same woman discussing with a younger woman in the back, that our order was given to someone else ( they didn't even have the decency to inform him directly). No apology,no discount,no resolution, just āwe do not have your order, oh well, type of atitudeā. So he comes home without the pizza and naturally I'm confused. I call John Gino's and the manager, the same Caucasian older woman who works at the front usually, answered the phone. I informed her that I'm calling about my order and she responded, āWell he didn't tell you??ā I couldn't believe the tone and attitude she gave me over the phone when I simply asked about my order status. So then this woman tells me that a man came in giving my same name, and they gave him my order, and I'll just have to wait another 50 minutes, if I want it . That was it. So I asked her, ā Did they have the same exact order as me? I'm not understanding how that wasn't checked.ā Her response was, āWell, OBVIOUSLY not! ā I couldn't believe the attitude this woman gave me, when I was very polite with her over the phone. I told her, this is not any fault of my own, I mean that's all you can say? No discount, nothing? No resolution?ā Her responses just kept getting better and better, she said, āWell this is no fault of our own too!, I can give you a bigger pizza but that's about it.ā At that point, no matter how loyal I have been as a customer, it didn't matter.Regardless of that fact, No One ( loyal customer or not) should receive that type of treatment when all they did was place an order. I'm honestly apalled by how she spoke to me, like I was some kind of idiot. I shouldn't have had to ask for something, when they made the mistake, and couldn't even tell my fiance in person when he drove there. Last time I ever order from here. I told that woman to forget my order, I'm not doing business with them again. I gave it 2 minutes, because I literally was in shock that this woman spoke to me this way and I called that same manager right back, to let her know that I do not appreciate her rude, unprofessional tone and handling of their mistake. That I shouldn't have to try and resolve my own issue, and I understand we are all short staffed ( but this was uncalled for.) I work in customer service, and if I ever spoke to someone in that manner, I would be fired or reprimanded. So after I told her all that, her response was āokay???! and did I not try to give you a bigger pizza?ā At that point, I told her it's not my job to hound them for a resolution, and to be disrespected in the process. (My thinking at that moment )...Wow... Some people just don't get it....

Then I called to order today to give them a second chance and now they're telling me that they don't deliver in my complex because there's too much crime over here. LOL are you serious? That's very discriminatory, and seems pretty racist seeing that I live in a predominantly black neighborhood. The lady on the phone took my order everything and then when I gave her my address she says no we don't deliver there!. She's very nasty on the phone very rude. If you're going to be racist maybe you should hide it a little better by asking for the address first and then saying no sorry we don't deliver in that area instead of making me sit on the phone for 5 minutes and wait on hold and then give my order and then give all my information and then give my address and THEN tell me no we don't deliver over there! How do you even have a business...

Where to start, the sauce is bland with almost no flavor. The small 10ā pepperoni pizza was lacking in pepperoni. The 14ā supreme was full of toppings, but didnāt taste like much; completely disappointed considering this pizza was $25 by itself. The breadsticks were covered in some sort of seasoning that again lacked flavor, and came with a bland meat sauce. Seriously, we ordered from this place because itās literally around the corner from us. For what we paid, I should have ordered from Fasanoās, at least their overpriced food actually tastes good.
