Tried this place out for the first time with my family and we weren’t impressed. The tortilla chips served with the salsa were generic and stale. Ordered the pico and guac appetizer didn’t come with chips. Had to ask our server for more. Guac needed salt, the oico had too much onions. They forgot about my order had 3 different people coming to the table with different excuses. The salt shaker was dirty and greasy. The fries with my order were cold, the rice tasted fishy and was greasy. A small side of potatoes and carrots came with my mom’s order they were undercooked. If they’re going to serve generic food and have bad service they need to significantly decrease their prices. Or perhaps they took too much in with such a large menu.

My husband and I are celebrating our 9th month anniversary. I saw a video on TikTok on this spot and we decided to come. We usually go to El Pescador on western they have karaoke nights on Fridays and we love it. Tonight we decided to try something new. I must say, we had a blast. We did have to wait but They gave us free shots here and the waiters were dancing. Drinks and food were yummy. The only bad thing is that the train is near and it sucks to wait. One thing I can add is that the waiters are not so attentive to providing food service, they are more focused on having fun and putting on a show for all ,witch I don’t mind but my husband did. They’re still nice and cool. The drag show was so cool loved it.

The food was great, good flavors, the portions were good, pricing was a bit expensive, but you also pay for the experience for the weekend with karaoke

Service- Where do I start. Service was not great. We had a party of 10 for a surprise birthday. We sat at our table for about 15 minutes and after the waitress finally decided to come and ask if we wanted to start with drinks. We did order a few drinks that we knew would take time to make. But we also ordered some basic aguas that probably shouldn't have taken another 20 minutes to bring. After getting our drinks, we had to wait another 20 minutes just for the waitress to come and ask if we wanted appetizers. After we got our appetizers, we had to wait another 30mins for them to ask if we wanted to order. Finally got everything, we ate, drank. The place was not busy. There were 3 parties of 10 or more but with 4 servers. every other table had their server come up to their table at at twice every 10 to 15mins. We had to get the attention from other servers just to get us napkins or straws. After eating the waitress, comes up to me and say they're going to bring out the cake in front of the birthday person (even tho we informed her it was a surprise and didn't want the birthday person to know). By this point, there was not that many people left in the restaurant. We had to wave down the waitress (as she was just standing at the register) to get our bill. We place the cash and again after another 10mins had to waive her down just to give it to her

Im not saying every waitress or waiter there is like that, but this particular person we had was not worth the mandatory 18% gratuity that is placed on large groups. If they're going to get the 18% at least give a little bit more attention to...

I loved this when they first opened. Great service right off the bat, which is very much appreciated. The food and drinks were initially good the first time I went. The second time I went, the food was “ok” and the drinks were still good. The last time I went, the food was not it and what I originally ordered took a while only to find out a good time after, they were out of it. Opted for something else and they were also out of it so I went with the tampiqueña and asked for it medium well, got a raw steak instead until they fixed it. The drinks? Not as good, guess they had a new bartender and they just weren’t the same. Had become a favorite local spot of mine until the transition went from good to mediocre. Hope they get back on track, I haven’t been back in some time and when I do go back, it’ll be as good as...
