McDonald's — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Went through the drive through ordered a few items including 2 cheeseburgers. I used one free one from my mobile app. I did not receive one cheeseburger. So maybe then I thought maybe she didn’t hear me so I go ahead and order another one using more app points. I ask the cashier at the window if I had 2 cheeseburger orders on the first one and she tells me yes and just to pull up to the next window that they should give me both. I pull up and tell them I’m missing one from my previous order and I just ordered another one. She seemed confused and called her manager or whatever she is. She’s tell My me you got your burger then I proceed to tell her well I just ordered another one with my point so you owe me one more. She tells me I got to pay for it. So I just wasted another 1500 points for her to argue with me that I already got my burger. Horrible customer service. I got the receipts in my app I’m not stupid. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered 2 burgers and pulled up to the window. The lady at the window gave me a bag after asking me "Is this your order". I said yes because the bag was sealed and I couldn't see inside of it. Before I drove off I doubled checked what was in the bag as a courtesy and it was a huge order. I informed the lady working at the window that she gave me the wrong bag. The lady then starts yelling at me for lying and trying to steal the order. Apparently she had asked "Is this Uber" and I had misheard her. I of course apologized. She was not having it, she continuously yelled at me. I tried to explain myself in a friendly manner but she kept cutting me off, not letting my speak, and I couldn't explain to her what had happened. I had been nothing but respectful to her and the workers. I showed her my receipt she gave me my order and harshly closed the window. I thanked her and left. Absolutely...

Really poor customer service.At 4a.m Especially from a employee named fausto. I came with a friend to order because her children where hungry. So she order 3 biscuits, 3 hash browns, 2 pancakes, and a large coke. Also that lady that took our orders was so rude. Like I was saying so as soon as we got to the window to pay our food she order and extra biscuit and another hash brown. I saw when that women put the order in the computer. So whern we go to the second window we told Fausto that we order another biscuit and another hash brown. He said that we had to go around because he was so busy. In reality he wasn't very busy.
