X's & O's Sports Bar — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Last night after drinking at a haunted house, my group decided to stop by for food&drinks for the first time since we all live around 79th. We sat at the bar and the bartender greeted us and I asked for food menus. Which she gave us and later came to take our food order and left without taking drinks order. I got her attention a little after to put in drink orders which she said yeah you guys walked in and I said hi how are you and ignored me. Which I simply had asked for food menus right after. To my understanding “hi how are you” is a greeting not a conversation starter so I went straight to the point since I know bartenders tend to be busy. I told her my bad I’ve had a few drinks already and we’re starving while laughing it off because she admitted to purposely not taking drink orders right after she took food orders just because she felt ignored? I let it go, we get our drinks I think we’re good now. We get our food but we finished our drinks from waiting and she just walks off again and takes care of everyone else but us and it’s hard to get their attention when theres music right. We finish our food and we were able to get the blonde bartenders attention instead to be able to get another round of drinks. She was super sweet and super busy she was taking care of literally everyone super quick. Our original bartender picked up our plates and walked off once again. I figured she was purposely ignoring us. She began talking to the regular sitting next to us and we were able to get her attention to ask her to close our tab and my group claims for her to have rolled her eyes. Besides that weird interaction I was enjoying myself and if it wasn’t for our bartender, we would’ve had a much pleasant experience and more rounds of drinks...

I think wings with breading should be illegal so it's so nice when a place gives the option to have them naked or breaded. I've lived near this location for awhile and decided to try them out for some Sunday football watching(ordered delivery through Slice).

Here's how it went: They called me to confirm what was in my order, awesome. BBQ, mild and plain wings all delicious. Thick cut/steak fries have never been a favorite of mine but their insane crispness made them pretty darn good. Their house salad has fresh onion and green pepper and I didn't have to do a search and destroy mission to find any nasty olives because they don't come on it, yay!

The only thing I would mention is that I wish wing orders came with the standard celery and/or carrots but the quality and great prices are so much better than any other place around, it's not even something to complain about. Overall a great experience and will definitely order from this place again or maybe check...

I rang in the New Year in this joint! Relaxed atmosphere, low lit for ambience with enough space for your group without crowding the bar or other people. Decent sound system with plenty of dance floor. (Could try some better DJ's though). Multiple pool tables for all you Sharks out there. The professional, on-point and friendly security staff keep the vibe chill and the motivated bartenders and waitstaff keep the drinks flowing and the food moving from a huge 360° bar right in the center of the place.(Cheers for being quick with the Jameson shots.) Which are all reasonably priced to keep the night going. The menu is your standard bar menu with a few unique items and the food is tasty. So the cooks seem to know their way around a kitchen. A good spot for an intimate night out or to meet up with friends. I recommend...
