Waffle House — Restaurant in Mableton

Idk who was on duty tonight but as a former wh employee I would never treat a customer like I and others were treated tonight I drove 20 min to get here. Because of course you can’t order over the phone anymore upon arriving I walk up and the server is sitting down eating and yelling at me with a mouth full of food through a closed window about online ordering I’m trying to tell her that I don’t mind doing it online but that I want my food cooked a certain way and online does not let you modify it so she finally decided ro get up and come to the order window she was very short not helpful and acted as if my questions were annoying to her while she pushed me to the side another guy walks up and she basically rushed him away and was closing the window in his face while he was trying to ask about ordering as well the cook was no better she had an attitude too and her arms folded I started my order online and then after realizing I would have to order and entire third meal just to get a side of eggs I left not because of the eggs but because the service was pathetic and I Could tell my food was gonna be played over and thrown in a bag please hire servers who don’t mind working the night shift again I get it cause I used to work over nights at another wh but this is ridiculous and btw she told me k could just go on over to the Mableton wh and that maybe they could help me better so I did just that and I don’t...

Dined in this morning and the experience was awful. The server was not welcoming and showed no hospitality! We ordered two All star breakfast and we did not receive all food at once. One breakfast was missing toast and I waited atleast 30 mins for sausage. WOW! Mentioned this to my server and got no results. Somehow I received my bill before my sausage arrived! One young lady on the team was very accommodating. Although she had her own tables she attempted to assist us by informing our server of our needs. Mind you the server is avoiding us at this point.

The manager walked in and I requested his presence. Explained my grievances which was mainly that my food was cold and I had received my sausage 30 mins after the rest of my meal. Mentioned the servers horrible disposition and I honestly think it went in one ear and out the other! I explained that my food was cold because of the timing of the meal. I was not able to enjoy a complete breakfast! Instead of addressing my concerns he moved quickly to give me a 10% discount and a voucher for a free waffle and hash brown. When in actuality the simple fix was to prepare another breakfast that would come out at the same time! The fix is not always price related, or about free waffles. I came in for breakfast and...

I stopped at 2am last night. They are still doing to-go only. And the staff members had the worst attitudes that I have seen in a while. While they are making your order you have to wait in your car or outside in general. Once I finally did get my order I walked back to my car looked at my order...and the bacon on my melt was severely undercooked and they didn't give me pickles like all the sandwiches come with. As I'm taking my order back another guy was doing the same and his bacon was cooked worse than mine 😂. Of course these ladies didn't like the fact that we both were returning our orders saying the same thing. It had me about to get a refund because I was kinda spooked about them doing something unruly to my food for having to recook it....mind you we have to wait outside so you can't really watch them cook like that. Anyway terrible staff...waffle houses are everywhere in Atlanta so I won't be back...
