Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Macomb Township

So I used to work here. Great owner with drive, vision, work ethic, and common sense. But um, I just had the worst customer service experience of the last 6 months. I came in to ask about buying a blt pizza (they’re back) and the “girl” who looked to be the permanently offended type, acted exasperated that I asked if they had any specials on the pizza, then her (respectfully) identity above all co worker stepped in because “he” saw she was being rude, and wanted to pretend it was me. Because they were weird with attitudes, I just decided to get a couple slices for $6, and the “guy” picked the oldest and smallest piece they had after looking through a bunch, and I know because I made him show me the other slices. I was still friendly, and I don’t care about identity and have all kinds of friends. But I asked for a little Cajun powder, and I honestly fear dude might have spit on my slice for literally no reason. He then thanked the guy standing next to me, and completed the completely weird experience. I was very welcoming to customers when I worked there, and would have been just as friendly to these two. They shouldn’t work in customer service. They lost a $30 sale not wanting to answer questions on price (the girl more) and acted offensive towards me. Hopefully they figure out how to discern friendliness from other behavior and learn to get “offended” and frustrated when people are NOT kind and respectful...

Grew Up on Jets My Absolute Favorite pizza & I lived in Chicago and NYC in the Bronx by Notable Nicks Pizza, anyways just got a Jets Detroit pizza at 21 mile n Garfield and barely had cheese on it and felt skimpy… i tipped 20% to make sure it was made good but I felt skimped and even though jets is my favorite pizza I won’t be back for awhile because the kids working this afternoon either were instructed to use the bare minimum or neglected to make it to the Jets Premium Standard that made Jets a Nationwide Famous Detroit Pizza Brand. I am a cook pizza maker but mostly work as a Fine dining Server Bartender so I don’t appreciate negligence especially if I tip 20% on my Credit Card Receipt hooking up the workers who make it, I guess next time I will have to specifically order X-Tra Cheese and Pay More to Store Location & NOT TiP on my CC...

I tried there new voice automated system all was good until it gave me the price of 33.00 for a large pizza and bread sticks...I told the voice I had a coupon and it didnt know what to do.. So I talked to some guy and explained and he took my order then I said I had a there coupon for 15.99 for the pizza...He said bring in the coupon first before they make the pizza..now I been on the phone for 10 minutes then I would have to in the store 20 minutes to wait for the pizza and sticks..i told him cancel everything and I will never come back..I never had any problem with jets and THERE coupon..I called Green Lantern pizza and got the same pizza and sticks for 23.00...Good Bye Jets...good...
