I didn't have a problem with the wait time when I was notified of a large order before me, I didn't have a problem when the doordash driver texted me and said it'd be 30-45 more minutes, I didn't even have a problem when I called the store to see if my order would still be picked up because I ordered through the Casey's app, not doordash, and I didn't know what was going on. I had a problem when the manager took the phone and treated me the way she did, as if I was causing issues, when I simply asked for help figuring out my delivery situation for $30 of food. There was also a claim made that I was called and a voicemail left about a longer wait. There was no record of this call on my phone and no message in my inbox, so she either lied or had me confused with someone else, all the while using a terribly accusatory tone with me. My only complaint is the two women who typically work in the mornings are usually too busy talking to each other to pay any attention to their customers.
