American Wings & Deli — Restaurant in Macon

When I got home, I noticed that almost all of the chicken was undercooked and there was a long hair in it. I called to let them know then took it back. I had to wait for the assistant manager to show up. When I showed her the hair, she said that it wasn't the cook's hair because theirs isn't that long. It definitely wasn't mine or anyone's in my family because we all have a different texture of hair than that one. She offered to give me more wings but I declined. I was given a refund. I stopped by around 3:30 pm to place an order for 75 wings. I asked the cashier did I need to pay now? She stated, "no." I asked her to have them ready for pick up at 5:30 pm. When I arrived to pick-up the wings, the cashier stated that they didn't fill the order because I didn't prepay. I told her I asked, if I needed to pay. She stated the previous cashier was new.
