Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Macon

On May 30, 2021, the closing crew gave the best customer service I've had/seen at any DQ store. Instead of catching attitudes or turning customers away so they could finish closing, they kindly served everyone present and even politely summoned everyone to pick up his or her order accordingly. They didn't use ticket numbers -- they actually remembered who ordered what!

I was impressed by these young people's professionalism. If that's their normal business etiquette, they deserve a raise. As long as they keep up their etiquette, each if them has a bright future ahead of...

Dont listen to any of the negative reviews. This place is awesome and the workers are very friendly and helpful. I dont know why its taken me this long in the several months ive been living right up the road to write a review for this place but their simply a delight and i love the welcoming small talk and smiles.

I love going to this Dairy Queen. The service and the food is great. When I ask for a suggestion of what I should try today it is always good. The lady told me one night to try the Chicken strips and so I did and they were great. They were big chicken strips also. ...
