I would give 0. They need retraining. My husband placed 2 orders over the phone for pickup. Large thin crust pizza with alfredo sauce, and 3 toppings,spinach, green peppers and provolone . She was saying the sauce was a topping. Since he wasn't sure he said ok. The other Large thing crust with 3 toppings. Sauge, pepperoni, salami. He hangs up so I asked about the order. I called back about the order for the alfredo sauce. She said it was a topping, I said it wasn't. Instead of the marinara sauce I wanted the alfredo sauce. She asked another guy if that was a topping or not. Smdh!! He said it's not then said it is, their laughing and not taking the order seriously with the back and forth of it is or not!!! I told her I wanted the green peppers , she said ok then he says the pizza is ready so I said I'm on my way. I went thru therapy today I was hungry, hungry and not feeling good. I go over there. Looked at the pizza and asked her about the green peppers. Said the pizza was done and couldn't put it. I looked at the other one. I asked where's the salami? She says it's underneath. I was beyond frustrated with the carelessness of these workers tonight. I will not come back to this place till they understand what are the sauces and what are the toppings cause they need to be retrained!! Or get a new crew! I got home with no green peppers on one and no salami on the other, yes they lied to me in my face and still had to pay $17.10. No discount. No sorry. No fixing. What a...

My order was incorrect/cold & I was being transferred through multiple voicemail so I end up driving for a full refund because of my favorite 🐔 habenero sandwich was missing the habenero sauce,& it was dry.My medium pizza was warm.The female manager was extremely rude over the phone because of how angry of a customer I was trying to tell her I ordered a delivery order & I shouldn't have to drive my personal car to get this straightened out.Over the phone,the female black manager was trying to tell me that this is NOT how a customer which is (ME) talk to anybody I'm an offensive manner over the phone.I didn't curse at nobody,norther jave an attitude, & I highly don't recommend this location On Forsyth Road of Macon,Ga 31210 for future deliveries.Manager even told me it's my FAULT for NOT CHECKING my own food once it was delivered.Then Edwin(Black African) male delivery driver had came to my doorstep with 0.00 worth of change when my order was about $28.91. I GAVE HIM $40.00 & he came back with some of my change & still stole my money from masking about a tip for the 5th Time🚩NOBODY tells any customer how to talk to them when their money is involved,i want my order right no matter what i paid for just like the business want there...

Normally I don’t write reviews but for benefit of all please Beware!!!! of this store, if I could give negative stars I would. Horrible, horrible place with terrible customer service. I am vegetarian and ordered a veggie pizza for kids, when brought home, I found a pepperoni in the pizza. When My husband called to complain the store manager TIM started laughing and showed him attitude. On top of that he stated he was doing us favor by offering a free pizza ( sorry we had paid for a veggie pizza already, their fault for giving wrong so what is free??????) meanwhile kids were sitting hungry, late in night. So I just feed them something else. Then TIM went on shouting match and told my husband he will BAN him from store??? Is he only pizzeria in town??? Anyways we also don’t want to go back there. Wrote to corporate and lo and behold they can’t t do anything since this a privately owned store they will refer them the matter. No response for next 5 days so I write another email to corporate stating we were very disappointed and they have lost a customer forever, and they just reply they will again refer. And finally we get a phone call stating they were sorry!!!! Seriously SORRY for such a big mistake that is it I would never return to store and also advice anyone else not to do so if you have any kind of restriction because who knows what they might put in your pizza “NEVER...
