I was very pleased when Moon's wings and seafood first opened. I was one of their first customers. I purchased my seafood and fish from them every week. I love seafood. On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, I came in and as always I picked out my fish of choice. I ALWAYS tell them to leave my heads on my fish. When I got home to fix my fish - to my surprise, NO HEADS!!!. I called them and complained. Susie said bring them back with the receipt. The next day I did. She and the owner said that I had cooked some of the fish. My purchase of wings and chips fell back through the little window where the lady was to take and place in a bag. The lady on the other side of window started with a new takeout tray and started replacing food in it. I said out loud I hope that's not my tray of food. Now the other lady takes the tray the replacement tray from the window and places it in a bag I said I'm not taking it because it fell back into the window and I was standing there looking the whole time. I just called to ask if he sells fresh salmon because the website says FRESH FISH he tells me that the only sell FROZEN SALMON NOT FRESH!! I told him what the website says and he hung up and i called back & he admitted he hung up & told me it was none of my buisness what his website says, he does not care or have time to listen to the customers!!I was taken back a bit because i was very nice and well spoken!
