The queso dip, 4 of us shared this box which was plenty and we had leftovers. Only 1 of us like the queso dip. The black beans were cooked well. I requested no jalapeños, but got them anyway. I requested a side of guac, good thing it was only a taste I guess, it was chunky and flavorful, it was enough for 3 people to taste and I used it the next day on bread for half a turkey sandwich, otherwise the price is a rip off at $1.49 as it is at most places. I sent my husband in to get the order (telling him don't forget the guac, I paid extra for it), he said he told them who the order was for the pointed to the box on a shelf. He said they did not greet him or say anything, and he got the box and left. He came back everything looked good, minus the no guac. There are plenty of chips, days and days of chips (2 bags), everything was arranged well. I had 2 order receipts and one said guac and the other one didn't. He made another trip back with the original box of food, no greeting again and they requested he prove to them by showing a receipt, so he did and one person looked at it, then another one I guess had to check it, they took the receipt, dipped out some guac and handed him the container, no apologies, nothing and he came back out. The guac was so good as was everything else that came with the box, minus the queso. I wonder if the recipe has changed because I didn't like it this time. I do not think I will return, I thought they used to greet you by saying Welcome to Moe's, guess that itsn't a thing anymore, they had another chance in case they forgot, and they could have sorry about that when they made the mistake. All it takes is I apologize, sorry about that something and not having to prove something, in their error. My husband said no, he would not go back. I may but it would have to be a special occasion, like it was for us, otherwise the Nacho Box was too pricey, and who wants to pay $39.40, + guac $1.49, I tipped, so total was $44.87. I went into the store, wasn't greeted but that's OK. Had already put in my order online, but was told it would be a while. Hey that's fine too. I'm patient. So when my order was FINALLY ready after watching several customers get their food before mine was ready. And I ask "hey man, did you make sure that that queso and salsa are in the bag properly so they don't spill" before he could answer, a very rude young female employee snapped at him, grabbing the receipt and bag and rolling her eyes to say "YES! I was told they were out of white meat chicken and they would not make anymore. So I settled for dark meat on the quesadilla and steak on the bowl. The bar with condiments was looking sparse, there was hardly any black beans and no more rice after making my bowl. I paid for the meals and sat down to eat. The first bite was fine, but after that the meal went downhill fast. The black beans were as hard as uncooked rice and I had pieces of steak as hard as a rock. I thought it was just a bad bite, but after ten different attempts at picking food from different spots in my bowl, I gave up in fear of cracking a tooth. When I went back to the counter asking for a refund because the food was inedible, the staff member obliged after asking if I would like my food remade.
