Ordered my pizza at 6:45, arrived to the store at 7:00, paid for the ticket and waited. Was told it wouldn't be much longer. It was close to 7:25 pm when I started to realize that it shouldn't take this long to get my pizza. Mind you there are NO seats in the store so I stood for about 30 minutes. I asked the cashier what was taking so long, he responded "she placed her order before yours that's why she got her food already". He was referring to the lady that just paid got her food and left. I responded "I never mentioned her so why would you" I didn't understand why he would he bring her up in response to my question. He said because she was the ticket before you and that's why she got her food and he said it takes about 25 minutes for the food to finish. I said but I'm trying to understand why you are bringing her up she had nothing to do with MY question and its been going on 45/50 minutes for my order to come out. I simply ordered a large cheese pizza. A proper response could have been I apologize for your wait, your food will be coming up shortly, we are just a little busy and slightly behind, would you like.... while you wait" or SOMETHING like that but I felt his response we just inappropriate and he had an attitude as if he was the one who was waiting for about 45 minutes for his pizza. Worse thing is, not one team member acknowledged that I've been STANDING in their store for 30 minutes with no update on when my pizza would be finished. Poor customer service. On top of all of that my pizza wasn't all that. It was more tomato sauce than cheese on some slices and I ordered the 3 cheese blend pizza. So not only I had to wait, rudely taken care of but I waited that long for a poor quality pizza!!! My children who LOVE pizza didn't even like it. Very disappointing. Read moreOrdered here last week & then again tonight. Last week they sent out cold pizza & cheese sticks instead of the breadsticks that I ordered. Called & told them I got cheese sticks instead of the breadsticks & talked to the manager who seemed unconcerned about me recieving the cold pizza & cheese sticks. Was told she couldnt defund the cheese sticks even though that wasnt what I ordered so I asked if she could just send the breadsticks out she said it'd be another hour or hour & a half. So I told her to just credit the account. Tonight I ordered one pizza & my breadsticks was told it would be 15 mins. I got there 20 mins after I placed my order said it was in the oven waited another 15 mins & they told me they had to remake the order because they gave it away. This place has went downhill fast I live the pizza but the customer service is horrible & they never get anything right anymore. What's the point in paying for something if your not getting what you pay for. When Royce was the D.O this was not happeneing to customer & if it did it was made right. Read moreI was very impressed with the cleanliness when I walked in. I was greeted before the door closed behind me. The lady told me what specials were available, I picked one paid and went to Kroger to pick up three things I needed. I went back to Papa John's, was greeted again, and before I got to the counter, the young lady was handing me my pizza. I opened it and it was perfect. Prior to this, I had just left Domino's and stood there at the register for 12 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order, much less give me a greeting. After several employees walked by and one who came to the register just to clock out and go home, I let them win the standoff. I turned to the customer behind me and said good luck, I'm going to Papa John's. From now on, I will go to Papa John's, regardless of the specials Domino's are advertising.
