Subway — Restaurant in Macon

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star! The lady working here is absolutely horrible!!!!! I cannot emphasize enough how bad she is. We stopped here for lunch and she gave us attitude from the very beginning. She was less than interested in making sandwiches for anybody and she was very, very unfriendly. She also can’t follow directions as we asked for tomatoes and red onions on a sandwich and she started wrapping them before she put either of those on them. When I asked her again for red onions and tomatoes, she was truly aggravated. AVOID this place, the lady working here will just ruin your experience! She is horrible!!! She was also incredibly slow, all the sandwiches were cold by the time we sat down to eat. She moves in slow motion because she does not want to be here...

If I could give zero stars I would! How in the world do you mess up sandwiches so bad when you are sitting there looking at an order placed online, the instructions could not be any more simple. You didn't even put the right meat on my Italian BMT, it doesn't have turkey... You gave me pepperoni and turkey?? Where was my salami and ham? I ordered lettuce, mayo, pickles, provolone cheese, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.... I only got meat, nothing else, a dry sandwich and it was the wrong meats. I mean come on now. Your own menu is right behind you if you don't know what meat goes on which sandwich. This was absolutely pitiful. Absolutely worst customer service of any restaurant I have been to in 43 years. I visited about 2 months ago and was the only customer in the building. I was told it would be at least 15 min before she could help me because she had a telephone order....I left. I went today at about 3:15 pm. No one behind the counter and noticed employee was eating and talking to her boyfriend. When she went to help me she asked me to wait while she popped bubbles off of the bread she had cooking.
