During lunch time hours some of us are with a enough time to order and eat. With that said, I ordered a standard combo #14 with 1 eggroll. My order was wrong. I ordered clear and simple. As I noticed I was missing my fries, I approached the front and spoke with Miriam. We went back and fourth on what I said. Wasting my valuable time, she decides to ring me up on small fries. I declined that purchase for the fact I was bickering with her instead of eating. I believe she was multi- tasking and not listening to me. Nor she apologized. It was sloppily put in there and half fallen apart. The lady on the phone said the cook "put bacon on there". We didn't get curly fries when we ordered curly fries and then were told over the phone that they took it down as regular fries so there's "nothing they can do". Ridiculous. Read moreWent to this Jack in the Box around 2am and "their system was down" from my understanding it shuts down around 4am for a reboot. Rude manager wouldn't even give me his name. From when I got there they missed orders from 7 different customers including myself. When I drove through all of the monitors were on and looked like there was no problem with them. Just poor customer service. If you don't want to do your job then quit and give someone else the opportunity!! You guys are 24/7 as advertised. Why can't we get food because your employees want to just sit there....
