Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Madera

Dinner on 8/27/24 NO ICE! When asked about it, they were very non-professional and said we don’t have any. When asked to go get some, they could care less! Spent over $100 and have no ice! Didn’t even offer to give a discount on the drinks we ordered. Manager needs to be on top of issues as the worker said the ice machine hadn’t been working properly in a few days! Ordered garlic twists with pizza order. Pizzas came, no garlic twists worker girl asked if we were waiting on them… said yes. She told the staff at counter & back. Still no garlic twists. End of meal went and asked for refund. The worker had the nerve to ask “are you sure you didn’t get them”… WTH! The girl worker then spoke up and said I told you they were waiting for them. Finally gave a refund! Tables dirty. Cashier not paying attention when customers are at counter. For the pay these people are now getting, customer service was terrible! The manager or owner needs to re-assess the employees that are hired there. Only gave 2stars because the pizza and salad were good! Overall very unsatisfied customer. Most likely would not...

Such a terrible experience! I called to order in for to-go and found myself on hold for 5 minutes before I could even place the order. I arrived at the expected ready time and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Staff were rude, short with customers, and preferred to hide in the kitchen even when they had customers asking for help at the register. Tables were left dirty and unclean with cleaning supplies out in the open. And wait times were unforgivable. One family waited over an hour for their orders of wings! My order didn’t come out until over 30 minutes after I was promised it would be ready. Turns out it had been sitting in the warmer most of the time losing freshness and going stale. All they offered me was a few breadsticks on my next visit. I’m normally a huge fan of Round Table pizza but this location is far from worthy of carrying the Round Table...

I will NEVER go back to this place!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was there a couple days ago for pick up, i didn’t know if they sell the ranch and spices, because I always order for delivery. Short story there was this white lady next to me asking the girl if she can get FREE ranch n spices , so I figured to ask for some as well . And the guy that was giving me my order told me I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA IS THAT OKAY? I replay to yeah that’s fine I will pay i.. . I didn’t say anything because i wasn’t going to died for $1 n so. But I did felt really discriminated! I notice that just bcus I look so Mexican I didn’t get the same service as the lady next to me.
