If you want to have your food made of poor quality by 16-17 year olds this is your place to go. I ordered online at 9:23 pm and got a 5 layer burrito, nacho fries, and a baja blast which usually takes 5-6 minutes at the other location in Cleveland. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I decided to ask if my tacos were ready and was given a response in an attitude way by a kid saying "we are working on it, it's not done yet" and then another 7 minutes passed by so I asked again and they said something was wrong with my order and that they never received anything. The manager comes out and is just as ๐ง less as them, he begins to repeat the same thing "we don't have anything are you sure it's for this location?" I show him and he sees that it says Howard and checks the computer again and says "we don't have anything can you make sure it really is this location?" I show him like 3 more times and after he repeats the same action again he says "Oh WeLl YoUr GoInG tO hAvE tO wAiT uNtIL iT pOpS uP oN tHe ScReEn" it was 9:57pm already and an order we placed on drive through at 9:19 pm was already very cold. After realizing that this "manager" couldn't do his job correctly, I decided to leave and contacted Taco Bell. Please save yourself the headache as they are also blasting music like it's some kind of party or something and laugh instead of help you. Head to the other Taco Bell or get McDonald's but avoid this location. Safe to say I will NOT be coming back to this...

So I ordered through the app which is a really good app. And selected drive through as the method for my pick up. It's 1030pm at the time. I was told by the young monotone lady at the drive thru that the new policy is that all mobile orders must be picked up in the lobby. I asked what if it gave me the option to pick up at the drive thru. She repeated all mobile orders must be picked up in the lobby. I then proceeded to ask if that includes non doordash orders and none carrier order. She confirmed that includes all doordash, non carriers, and carriers. So everyone including the customer. There was no miscommunication I promise you that. I will be following up to make sure that is the real policy. If it is then OK. It's a bad policy I'll move on. If not, this employee should be held accountable for the abuse of power and providing false...

Update March 23, 2022 A year later from my original review, I decided to give this location another chance. It can't be awful still, right? Well I was WRONG! Again part of my order was missing. My husband found not ONE but TWO hairs in his food. Drive back across town to bring this to their attention. They offered a remake. Why would I want a remake if you have hair in your product? I received a refund for hairy product and missing food. I asked for a copy of all receipts only to be told her system won't let her.
