I’ve been to this location quite a few times. The first couple of times I’ve had good experiences with good food and good service. The last few times I’ve been to this location hasn’t been so pleasant. I placed my order ahead of time and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. No problem. I arrived 25 minutes later and paid for the order and the worker said it would be another 10 minutes. I waited not really a big deal. When I arrived home with the order, they added ingredients to the sandwiches which I specifically said no! The sandwiches were lukewarm! It’s very frustrating because I was the only customer in the store. I could possibly understand if they were very busy and accidentally got the order wrong but to not take your on the order and still mess it up. Come on man!
