About a month ago I wrote a review to bring attention to the customer service I was receiving was bad.
After my first review I deleted it because they addressed it and everything was going great for about a month.
Iâm a regular here I go literally every single day and spend $25 everyday, yes everyday. I went this last & Thursday it has been brought to my attention by Xochitl that i will no longer be able to ask for light ice its either regular ice or no ice no in between. Her reason for it was that she was going to hire new people and she doesnt want them to feel a certain way!! Ummm so lets have the client the person who is buying a product from this location every day, feel a certain type of way Yes thats perfect!! She didnât offer any compromise of maybe paying for light ice. Just that they wonât be doing it anymore.
So im officially divorcing this company since according to Xotchitl her boss said those are strict orders. the client has no right to feel wanted or to ask for what the client wants or likes. Lets focus on the employees the ones who are being paid to help the client, to what the client requests not feel wanted or appreciated! Perfect. If u listen to the audios camera footage when i come everyday im very polite very well mannered and never rude to anyone. If my order is wrong i asked politely but i have came to realize im not wanted here n thats totally fine i will no longer support any of the Kuppa companys. Like i stated in my prior review ever since Xochitl has came to this location its been nothing but incidents

Iâve worked with customer service so I know how people can be sometimes so because of that I always respect and try not to be difficult when placing an order. However, when you deal with the same person twice and the second time she is still extremely rude after saying thank you for drinks I PAID FOR and she doesnât say anything and closes the window we have a problem. I let the first time slide but not the second. Then I go back because they forgot to give me a drinks and Allison questioning me after I tell her what happened and her response was âWell, donât you think she might have been busy?â. Excuse me? it takes 0.2 seconds to say youâre welcome or have a nice day. Absolutely need to get rid of some employees there. (Not all) Iâve been there so many times and itâs that same person and they canât give out names? They know she is in the wrong otherwise they would have no problem with...

Good energy! and very Welcoming!! and THAT'S A BIG PLUS FOR ME!!! I gifted myself the THRONE TUMBLER and it is soooo BEAUTIFUL! :) KUPPA JOY will be my FOREVER SPOT for cold and hot drinks!
