This has been the second time I have had a horrible experience going through the drive-through at this location. I have been coming here since I was a little girl and it has never been this bad. When pulling up to the drive-through, it took at least five minutes for me to be acknowledged. The lady that was taking orders seemed very irritated and was very short. When pulling up to the drive-through, she did not greet me, but only told me my total. Although I was the only one in the drive-through and there was only one customer in the building, it took almost 10 minutes for me to get 3 regular meals. I have worked in food service, and I understand that sometimes food is cooked to order, but I think it is important to let the customer know why the food is taking a long time. Both times I visited I was given no explanation but left at the window with no idea how long it would be. This will probably be the last time I order from this Arby’s. Read moreYesterday I was out for some groceries and decided to stop in to pick up some lunch on the way home. I ordered through the app and when I went inside to pick up my food: I realized I had made a mistake. There was a huge line of people waiting to have their order taken as well as a huge backlog of people waiting for their food. I waited in the line and when I got to the cashier I told him I had a mobile order. He asked for the name, I told him and he said that he didn’t have that name in his system. I showed him my app and he just sent me away and said I would have to speak to the manager. After about 10 minutes of waiting my name finally appeared in their ordering system. I placed the order on the app at 12:50PM, and the app said it would be ready by 1:00PM for pickup. I didn’t receive my food until after 1:30PM. I think if the food had been cheap it may have been worth it, but I paid $40 for terrible service and mid food. Won’t be back to this location. Read moreI went here, July 23 through the drive-through and ordered my daughter some food, first of all the service was terrible the women there were extremely rude and way too old to be acting that way, When they handed us our food, they started laughing and shut the window. Pretty sure they were racist or something and knew they gave us bad food. My daughter opened her two containers of mac & cheese, which is usually very good and fresh But that time it was very nasty and old looking, she could even turn them upside down and squeeze the cup and nothing would even come out Definitely not edible I have emailed corporate several times about this.
