Visited Madison , Georgia location. Location is fairly new, and was very clean. The food was made correctly and tasted good. The cashier charged me .50 for grilled chicken , when the choice on the board was for grilled or fried chicken. I explained to her the board price, and she still insisted it was additional. I paid, but then after I sat down, I decided after looking at my receipt, and being charged 50 cent , twice, I would go back to counter. I ask to see a manager. The person in charge came over, and ask, "What's your problem?"... really? ... I explained to him as well. He just reached in the drawer and gave me my dollar back. He never apologized, nor said a word. I will return, but hopefully I won't have to deal with this person again !......

I love DQ milkshakes but haven't been to this location since January, when I ordered a chocolate & peanut butter combined milkshake via drive-thru. The server at the window handed me a milkshake that looked far too much like vanilla to be what I had ordered. When I repeated my order to her, she took it back and allegedly fixed it. It still looked more like a vanilla base, but I was in a hurry and took it. It was vanilla. The server had lied to my face - twice.
