Awful customer service directly in reference to the manager on duty.. she absolutely did not care about the impression or image she created as the face of that Burger King, she did not care about customer satisfaction and clearly she did not care who was aware this.. Now recognizing and keeping in the back of your mind that a meal at Burger King these days will run $10 &🔼 Here is my story.. I had been to the drive-through of this particular location approximately a week and a half prior to my very last visit here.. my order was so severely incorrect that I literally did not even receive the correct beverage that I had ordered BUT we were already back on the road and (he was driving so no turning back around!) Immediately upon discovering the issue I called & spoke with the manager and gave him my name.. I was told my name would be put into a book and that I could come back into the store and reference the book, the date, the item ordered and I would be taken care of.. Clearly this is what I did and clearly that is not what occurred.. first I was told my name was NOT in the book, then I was told I needed to have a receipt and that because I did not have a manager's name this was my fault and therefore, absolutely not.. she was not going to honor the meal, period. WOW, has it literally become so ridiculous that an error can not be corrected based on information, knowledge and face value? Has it become acceptable to be dismissive, rude, indignant, insulting and deliberately condescending with your customer? No... I don't believe that it is acceptable and I do not believe that Burger King, as a whole, would support their management teams treating their customer base in this manner but yet... here I am, doing this review because sadly, my meal was...
Read moreGiving the East Wash store (#1764) even 1 star is beyond what they deserve! A negative star rating would be a better option! Went to the store last night (07/15/2010) and was literally the only person in the building besides employees (which included a manager and 5 others). It took no less than 20 minutes for me to get my food once I ordered, even though the food was up in the "shute" within 5 mins. The store was filthy--there were litterally bugs flying in/around the trash cans and the tables and seats were dirty. While I was waiting for my food I saw the cook help a female employee climb up racks in the back while he held her butt to stabilize her--yeah he went straight back to making food! I asked to talk to the manager, who had a bad attitude and as soon as she walked up tossed 2 "free meal" cards on the counter in front of me and said "that's all the district managers would do too" prior to me even saying anything to her! Horrible service, cold and nasty food, and fithly restaurant...
Read moreI actually like this Burger King. You'll never catch me going out of my way to go to Burger King (I'm still not in love with their style of fries), but the staff at this one is great, the food is good, and they have the Impossible Burger, which I really like. My only complaint is sometimes the hash browns have an unreal quantity of salt on them. Like, far beyond normal fast food salty. But they've been better lately so maybe that issue cleared up.
My girlfriend especially likes getting breakfast here with an iced coffee, and the service is actually really fast. If you're in a hurry, definitely go here over McDonalds, the drive through is quicker.
Also I don't know if they frequently have managers working the window or if the guys there are just all really professional. Intense professionalism isn't something I look for in a fast food drive through, but I'm not complaining...
