I found Soha Diamond Company through their excellent Google reviews and want to add our wonderful experience to the litany of praise found here.

From their website, to the initial meeting, through purchase and aftercare, Soha and Aubree guided me through the process and made it easy to understand the intricacies of designing and purchasing an ethically sourced diamond engagement ring for my now fiancé, Amy.

Their care and guidance, and willingness to work with my schedule, helped me find the perfect engagement ring. I work about two hours from Soha Diamond Company, but finding time to meet with them was made easy by online scheduling.

They made extra time during our first appointment to go over the ring design and diamond choices. I appreciate their willingness to work with me so that the ring could be ready in time for my intended proposal date, and so that I would not have to make the long drive another day. I enjoyed hearing their story during that first appointment as well, as it really made me comfortable trusting them with such an important purchase.

They listened and took to heart what design choices I wanted with the input I had from Amy. I was very impressed with the number of diamond options that were curated by Soha, the detailed explanation of their characteristics, and the ability to preview them to the minute detail online.

I was blown away by the real-time design tools they have available, and the physical pre-production model of the ring I was able to see and hold before the ring was crafted. Seeing the model in person, viewing the beautiful diamond to be used alongside it, and Soha and Aubree’s explanation of the details of each component helped me fully understand the quality of the work of art we would be receiving.

I was able to pick up the completed ring on the day we left for vacation, and Soha and Aubree provided a full package of accessories and information to care for, protect, and insure the ring in the future.

I proposed to Amy in Joshua Tree National Park at Heart Rock on March 29, 2023. I’m so happy that she said yes, and we’re so happy that Soha Diamond Company was able to make such a wonderful engagement ring.

I will be recommending Soha for the rest of my life and for anyone who is worried about not knowing ANYTHING before starting the ring shopping process. When my (now fiance) partner and I started the process, we were hesitant about finding the right place to start our journey. We knew that we wanted to go through a local route rather than a commercial jewelry store and that's where we stumbled upon Soha Diamond Co.

Soha (and Aubree) explained every single detail, every single step, and every single question (small and large) with patience, kindness, support, creativity, determination and generosity. They always told us exactly what quality stone we were looking at, the benefits and drawbacks of our selections, and were flexible every step of the way to cater to our vision of what the engagement ring would look like. They were open to meeting with us as many times as WE needed in order to finalize a decision and never left us to our own research. They also left each meeting by sending a summary e-mail to us so that we never needed to take notes on anything that we wanted to remember and next steps for our next meeting. Communication is reliable, kind, respectful, and consistent!

What I loved most about my experience with Soha is the genuine connection that I saw with Soha and Aubree's passion in what they do. They shared the story of how Soha, himself, became a gemologist and why this business is so important to his family and the generations of his family who invested and worked tirelessly to make sure Soha is the best quality business that it is. And it REALLY IS!!!

We could not be more happy about the final product. It is jaw-droppingly stunning and everything that we wanted. Soha and Aubree continue to stay in contact to send us every resource we needed to take care of the ring and clarify everything included in our lifetime warranty with them! Every time my fiance and I look at the ring, we can literally see the care and love that Soha and Aubree put into every single step of our process. Working with Soha & Aubrey was the best decision we could've made for all 3 of our rings. They are so professional, so kind, and genuinely care about their clients & their process.

We wanted to design our rings ourselves and they were thrilled to help us do just that. They have a great selection of base ring designs for inspiration and a state-of-the-art 3d modeling program that literally builds the ring of your dreams right before your eyes! All of the renderings & designs from the program are also emailed to you to look over and take your time with it.

Personally, I take a long time to make big decisions and easily would go months between ring visits and email check-ins. Soha & Aubrey were never pushy about getting things moved along and instead were patient, understanding, & ready to talk/meet/move forward with next steps at the drop of a hat.

We were able to build 3 custom rings from the metal & design to the stones & engraving AND get all the documentation tracing our EXACT stones and metals that were used - all while having an absolute blast.

Their downtown Madison office is stunning, parking is right across the street, and their little dog Honey is the best lap dog when we got to see her. We were always offered complimentary refreshments and very thorough ring cleanings on every single visit. They are very courteous and respectful as well as consistently to follow all covid safety guidelines.

Bottom line is that Soha & Aubrey treated us like family and we truly felt like all of their attention and resources were at our disposal across every email, visit, and call. We are overwhelmingly pleased with the work they do, the products they produce, and how easy their entire process is.

Do yourself a favor and at least meet with of call them. You will NOT be disappointed. I cannot recommend...
